| I'm 5'11" with a very small frame. In my 20s I weighed about 120 to 125. In my 30s was about 130. I only went to 155 with both of my pregnancies, both were in my 20s. I was always able to eat whatever I wanted. Now at 59 things are different. I weigh more than I did when pregnant and need to lose about 10 lbs. Can't eat whatever I want anymore, those were the days. |
| If you know your BMI down to the percentage point you have issues. |
5’6.75? You negated any sense of sounding normal when you wrote that. |
All you need to do is look it up ... |
20.1 so I just missed the cutoff. But I enjoyed a cookie and a latte yesterday so IDGAF. |
20.94 fatty here. Yeah, I ate 3 Girl Scout cookies yesterday and I have a latte every morning, so that’s probably why I’m so lard-filled.
|
This is pretty disordered eating. |
DP. The serving size for Thin Mints is 4 cookies. I eat 4 of them at a time, not 3. |
Yeah. You think having a yogurt as a dessert sends your kid any other message other than “I don’t eat dessert; I eat yogurt.” No one thinks yogurt is a dessert. And what’s wrong with pasta? Honestly, your rules sound like the ones I had for myself in college, when I was anorexic. |
yeah, I had 2 thin mints and a s’mores cookie. I think I’ll up it to 4 today.
|
This is super sad. |
NP. It's BS. The poster is xagerrating. You will never meet such a person in real life. Only on the internet. Thin people each much less. Its annoying when people come here and pretend to eat so much food. |
| I’m 5’4” and 113. It’s saying my BMI is in the 20’s |
P. DP. Why is this sad? I know many people who eat 1 large meal a day and then pick on a little here and there. They are healthy. We have to get away from this mentality that everyone has to eat 2 or 3 square meals a day. PP is a little bit underweight, but it is not hard to see how her weight could be just fine if you adjust for a small body frame. |
Yes, this is the diet of a bulimic. Notice almost everything is liquid? |
