It’s great news. If you’re worried abt it I guess you should take proper precautions! |
I knew their arraignment was supposed to be at 4 yesterday. Why didn’t they? |
Like not buying your kid a gun during a Black Friday sale! |
That's exactly what the prosecution asked. |
If they had done something they wouldn’t have been in this mess, but they didn’t: they were negligent. So they’re charged with negligent homicide, or, as it’s known in Michigan, involuntary manslaughter. |
Oh, they did plenty here. |
| There is absolutely no reason to believe that either of these parents is an addict or has mental health problems. They are being zealously represented by defense attorneys who would have mentioned this in efforts to gain their clients more favorable bail terms, and they did not. |
Yeah, when trying to get clients bail a lawyer should tell the judge you’re mentally ill pill addicts.

The mom is a (according to her attorney) “director of marketing for a large company” and she bought her child a $1,000 gun for Christmas. She doesn’t sound poor to me, but that doesn’t make her not trash. “Oh honey it’s so cute that you were researching ammo at school, just make sure the teacher doesn’t catch you next time!! Lol! This is all so funny!”
Trash. Who raised a murderer. |
| Can any attorneys comment on the fact that the husband and wife have essentially the same defense team? What happens if one spouse wants to plead in exchange for evidence on the other one? |
One could almost call her deplorable. |
The judge was concerned about this, the attorneys assured her on the record there is no conflict of interest but they can’t say why because of privilege. Then the judge confirmed with each defendant that they are sure they want to proceed this way. You could tell the judge didn’t think it was a good idea. |
+1 Yup. |
"Lol I'm not mad. You have to learn not to get caught." She is the worst. |
| Did this kid have violent outbursts before this event? Someone posted that upthread. |
