OK. If a gang rape [vaginal and anal] happened in a school I think it would be reported. This was. If perps do such acts are they allowed back in regular public school? No.

Any history on these perps? No. Age verified? No. Bottom line is if they had been deported ASAP this one horrible rape would not have happened. How much cost to taxpayers?

There's a difference between alg 2 and illiterate in the same classroom. Actually grade 9 was likely too high a level for them but Montco was supposed to put them where?

You need to go to the police station. It's probably <5miles from you house. Is that too much for the safety of your daughter? While you are at it, ask the community police officer at your W school how many kids he personally knows have been arrested for drug but attend school with your child.

It's not a lightening strike. Teen and young adult males especially are one of the most dangerous populations of humans. Growing up where violence against each other (gangs) and violence towards women is commonplace and accepted means that they probably will come here and act out and do things outside our social norms. Couple that with a lack of strong supervision and that's a terrible mix. There has been horrible gang violence going on in Montgomery and Fairfax counties for a while now because of this. Apparently people have been directing the gangs from El Salvador and other home countries? This is not working out.

Teens, especially males, from here do commit crimes. That is to be expected as again - young adult and teen males are at an age where some of them start doing some aggressive and even terrible things. They were raised here though and have a support network that knows them and knows of them and what they might be up to to reign them in. If they have committed criminal acts hopefully they are in the court system already. Teens are given second chances because it's expected and natural for some of them to act out. Our job is to try to socialize them.

Bringing teen males in from countries with no known history of the person, no criminal record or past known to us and frequently no parents is a terrible idea.

This. Just because American citizens commit crimes doesn't mean we should look the other way when foreign nationals commit crime firstly by coming here, and then keep committing crimes (identity fraud and/or in this case, rape).

These illegals are ALREADY CRIMINALS just by being here illegally.
