Yes it does. And this is how the system works. It's a wealth bias more than anything else. This is why Brad gets a fine and community service while Tyrone gets jail time. If Tyrone had a fancy lawyer and was equipped to forfeit bond/pay a fine, then no jail time.

For the record, I like Jeff. That was not a duplicate thread. It was thriving on it's own and had new relevant nformation. Clearly a lot of people were following it and miss it. I have watched many threads get deleted recently that are moderate or conservative in nature. Really innocuous comments too. I am sure Jeff is not the only moderator here. Could be someone else. But it definitely gives the feeling that this board is cultivated.
