So I think Jussie paid the bros to create and mail that stupid "threatening" letter to his place of work.  If they trace it back to the bros - and the FBI is on this now - who gets into trouble?  both parties?

The statue is a civil penalty unless there is reckless disregard for human safety.

It's known as the "bomb threat" law since so many white kids call in fake bomb threats to get out of tests.

It happens all the time and not worth the time and effort of the police or states attorney to follow up, which is why it is simply a civil penalty... like paying a fine. [/quote]
