They could have cut his scenes from the 2 remaining episodes of this season, but they probably should have done their due diligence & waited for the investigation to be over (considering its the off season anyway!).

This is weird--it sounds like he's guilty of something because of the wording, but charges dropped? I'm willing to be there was some wrongdoing on both sides? Maybe?
I would love it if he was totally innocent--it was really disappointing to think he made the whole thing up.

Chicago Police released too much information during press conferences to convict since everybody already knew everything ... including the 2 guys that either attacked Jussie or were paid by Jussie.

Chicago Police knew they could not convict him but could save face by embarrassing him in court with whatever was on his phone.

Jussie decides to do community service in exchange for sealing the investigation so the haters can imagine he was guilty.

Chicago drop all chargers so the lovers can feel vindicated.

Guilty or not Chicago Police f'd it all up.

I work for a FOX affiliate & I'm here to tell you that Jussie was DEFINITELY fired.

Of course, the network is backtracking now & "exploring their options."

This is their way of saying "uhhh, we F'ed up royally & jumped the gun, so if we let you come back to the network in some capacity with a pay raise, will you PLEASE not sue us??"

This was all because Terrence Howard had a diva moment & wanted Jussie fired right now yesterday, absolutely immediately!

As the star of the show, he put major pressure on Lee Daniels, Danny Strong, Francie Calfo & all of the FOX execs that if they didn't fire Jussie that Terrence would walk & the fans would walk away with him. Empire's numbers have dropped way down from Season one from 25M viewers per show, to less than 5M now (and that's prior to this whole mess). They got scared & caved to his demands.

The quote below is by far the most entertaining part about their F up.
