It's still there. All 91 pages of it:

He'll be back on Empire next season. Don't you think? The Empire writers tweet earlier in this thread with the winky eye show that they are taking him back with open arms. (The tweet was deleted in about 10 minutes.) Those who want to believe him, or who just don't like the narrative of him doing what he did, will have no problem hiring him.

Of course, the network is backtracking now & "exploring their options."

This is their way of saying "uhhh, we F'ed up royally & jumped the gun, so if we let you come back to the network in some capacity with a pay raise, will you PLEASE not sue us??"

This was all because Terrence Howard had a diva moment & wanted Jussie fired right now yesterday, absolutely immediately!

As the star of the show, he put major pressure on Lee Daniels, Danny Strong, Francie Calfo & all of the FOX execs that if they didn't fire Jussie that Terrence would walk & the fans would walk away with him. Empire's numbers have dropped way down from Season one from 25M viewers per show, to less than 5M now (and that's prior to this whole mess). They got scared & caved to his demands.

The quote below is by far the most entertaining part about their F up.

"Shortly after he was charged and released on bond, the network issued a statement that they were "exploring their options."

I always hated Terrence Howard. I was happy when he was kicked off the Ironman series.

He is not a diva he is schizophrenic so I don't think the post above is really an insider because they would know that.

Right, because you know him... or is it Dr. Reditt you know?
He definitely has had diva moments & its been widely publicized.

The mayor of Chicago has called this a whitewashing if justice.

We should all be outraged, as this guy should have had his day in court. It appears that there is a special justice system for those that are connected.

going forward is a waste.

Worse case scenario he made a false report to police. BFD

Why don’t you think making a false report to the police is a big deal?

He probably thinks the police is an invading army on thugland.

Celebrity privilege. Wealth privilege.

I've always said that money trumps race, and this certainly supports that theory.

Having some very well-connected friends doesn't hurt.
I would say more celebrity privilege than wealth. It doesn't take a huge amount of wealth to forfeit a $10,000 bond.

You think all those white women making false report on black people should go to jail?

If you’re too stupid to understand the difference between those events and this one, I feel sorry for you.

IDK. I listened to his statement after charges were dropped, and am I naive, or did he sound sincere? He said he wouldn't be his mother's son if he had actually done the things he was charged with. Sure he's an actor, but his mama is listening too.

What kind of evidence did they have on him? Something about texts, and surveillance cameras? The police did an announcement too, didn't they? They seemed disgusted and not happy.

Who went to bat for this guy, so powerful that all charges were dropped? That's intriguing.

It was no different except Chicago police wanted to waste a bunch of money trying to prove he was a liar.

Listen dude if you think Jussie should be in jail you are too stupid to understand the criminal justice system.

This is such a mess. Of course he was involved. They have video of him with the two brothers planning it, they have text messages.

A combination and of connections and money and mistakes sounds like it led to everyone wanting this to just go away. So it did.
