That doesn't make sense. What would Smollet know about Nike or any other of his lawyer's clients? |
which is WEIRD! If he claimed he was so innocent, why the need to seal the case? You'd think he'd want everyone to know of his "innocence." He's a lying fool who got his way, and everyone - except for the morons - knows it. |
lol Everyone knows he's not innocent. Everyone knows he bought his way out of being guilty. |
| just saw a snippet of his "press conference". He's claiming 100% innocence. says that "as his mother's son, he could never do what he was accused of"....or something like that. |
Because when police gather information much of this information is not related to the case but something you don't want to come out. Usually, it's who you are banging... you don't want your wife knowing everything the police found out.. in this case it was something like that.... something bad for his reputation. |
not Smollett - his lawyer, Gerragos So there must have been some deal going on behind the scenes. "Let off Smollett and we'll do X" sort of thing. Furthermore, there's the whole Kim Foxx deal, as she's friends with Smollett's family. |
OK - that makes sense. I'll give you that! |

| Maybe their should be a federal charge? |
| I am really troubled that he was ready to let those two brothers take the wrap for him. |
... but she recused herself. |
I always hated Terrence Howard. I was happy when he was kicked off the Ironman series. |
Lol. It’s chicago. Most corrupt dump in the US |
He wasn’t convicted. Why not have the record sealed. People have their arrests and indictments sealed everyday when there’s no conviction. |
DOJ can give it a run for its money. |
