That didn't answer my question. Why is it different? The man from the article you posted is a husband and a father. So should women shield their children from their fathers also? Never let a father change a diaper?

DP. DH changed fewer than a dozen diapers of our kid. Ever. Could not stand it. Maybe for the families who split every single household responsibility 50/50 down the middle, men are well-versed and do this a lot, but from what I've seen, they hate it and only do it b/c of their wife bugging them or they are the only parent available. You could not pay my spouse to change some other relative or strangers' kid's diapers.
