No. They don't want gross old men their dad's age to look, actually. Nothing is more disgusting than noticing that stupid-eyed look from an old man who thinks he is being subtle as he sneaks glances at your body.

Women want the men they are interested in to look. In most cases, this is moderately attractive men around their own age. It is rarely the gross old man in the office who posts online about what to do when "there's a super hot young lady" around.

LOL. Mids 40s guy is "gross old man"

Found the angry ugly lady!

To people in their 20s, yes, mid-40s people are gross and old. My mid-40s H is hot AF to me but at 23 I would have found his dad bod and wrinkles pretty gross.

That is just demonstrably false. Literally half of my wife's friends at the age of 28 were sleeping with guys 40-45.

I had some older dudes in my 20’s but I met them in bars. That’s not a license to be gross at work. Young men shouldn’t be gross at work either. Nor should women! Women can be guilty of this too especially to younger men who might be vulnerable from the power imbalance. It’s inappropriate and it doesn’t matter who is attractive or dressed however.

See, I don't get this. When I see a young man at work who could be near my son's age, I actually feel maternal toward him. My own boy is 24 now, but still my "little boy", and I see men his age in the same light. I truly cannot imagine looking at my young male colleague, who reminds me so much of my son, in a sexual way.

+1. This is me too. They all seem like such babies to me. Maybe it’s a woman thing. Or maybe it’s just us.

I’m a man and feel like this too. OP is just a skeez.

We recently fired a guy in his 50s who made a comment to a young women in the office and she felt skeeved out and complained. I’m sure he thought it was not obvious he was ogling her and I’m sure it was obvious to her.

I fail at that. But I'm fine with being the mom. My 23 year old male colleague came to me last week wearing his gym shorts because he'd somehow split his pants, and he had an important meeting. I got out my trusty travel sewing kit and sewed his pants back together for him. He has also accidentally called me "Mom" a few times, which really embarrassed him, but I find it touching. I know he is alone here and isn't going home for Thanksgiving, so I'm actually thinking of inviting him over because I know he will fit right in with my son, who will also be home for Thanksgiving, and my son's friends who will come over and immediately revert to teenagers as they all play basketball or video games.

A long time ago at the very beginning of my career I was working in a cubicle and right next to it were three young and very hot secretaries. They were very friendly but I was smart enough to not try to hit on any of them. My cubicle was a very popular spot and not because of me. When I eventually got promoted to an office down the hall my only regret was moving from the cubicle. 30 years later I ran into one of them while on vacation and she asked me why hadn’t I ever asked any of them out! My mistake!

That’s very kind of you. I wouldn’t invite him if he is your subordinate but otherwise, why not?

Nope. She knows you are looking (and she knows the ladies are looking too) and she likes the attention.

-signed, formerly very hot young 120 something.

I've never known a hot 120 year old.

Ask her for her OnlyFans handle.
Report back here how that goes.

That sounds like sexual discrimination against that man. He should sue.

People dress sexy to be looked at….by the right people who they think are also hot. I loved compliments by the right people, or felt skeeved out by others. It’s all very subjective.

The middle age CEO at my company dates some good looking younger women, he is average looking. Some of the women at work would be very happy if he looked, others wouldn’t. Who knows, it’s a guessing game.

This. I’ve had men accuse me of dressing “like that” when I was literally covered up head to toe.

If you have boobs and a butt, they are going to be “accentuated” unless you wear extremely baggy clothing because they stick out. Men don’t have those body parts (except for the occasional man with a larger, more muscular butt), so it’s not seen as an issue.

It’s like, if a man has a more muscular chest or shoulder or arms, so clothes are naturally more tight in those areas, he’s not dressing “like that”. It’s just how his body is shaped. He can’t leave his biceps at home.

I’d give this 1000 upvotes if I could!

She could be wearing average clothes, but I think chances are she is not. OP seems aware enough. I once worked for a fashion company, you couldn’t believe what the new recent college grad girls wore (or more accurately didn’t wear) to work. They wanted some attention.
