+1. Botox and fillers - it all looks ridiculous.

agree, when you can tell. ybut if people aren't telling you and they look good, how do you know they haven't?

Ignore this poster and others with the same sentiment

Bad or too much botox and fillers look ridiculous. To say it all looks ridiculous is to be ignorant and/or arrogant (to think you can identify everyone with them).

I might try IPL for broken capillaries at some point. No interest in filler.

What’s the difference between Dysport and Botox?

PP - they are different formulations of the same thing. Dysport seems to be a little milder than Botox, but it also lasts longer. I think it looks a little more natural too.

my derm told me they are in the same family in some ways but dysport looks more natural- he explained why but i don't remember

I just turned 40 and am going in for my first Botox and lip fillers this month! Yes you can sometimes tell when someone has filler but it’s usually because they try to get more than their lips can “hold” at one time and then the filler migrates to above their upper lip and that creates the “filler mustache” effect. There’s a woman who works at the med spa that I go to who definitely has migrated filler, but everyone else looks great and very natural. And even migrated filler will dissipate in time.

Nothing at 45. I would love to know what to do that would look natural and good for the bottom of my face. I have like mini jowls and marionette lines.

You’re in facelift territory.

Anonymous wrote:Nothing. I developed rosacea in my 40s and now have an extremely limited choice of skincare (with sun and certain diet triggers). Now it's sunscreen everywhere, limited dairy and chocolate, and no spicy foods.

So get laser treatments to cure the rosacea

Anonymous wrote:How are you all getting Tretinoin? Dermatologists in my area have a long wait list for appointments. Has anyone gotten them prescribed by an online derm?

I got mine online through nurx. Super easy

Sounds like you are poor and therfore jealous
