What procedures have you done as a 40-year-old?

What did you think of Kybella? Worth the money?

41 YO - Botox in just my 11s, and lots of regular lasers including BBL, Halo, and ultherapy.

I get compliments on my skin being beautiful all the time from strangers, and it’s definitely the lasers.

I did nothing in my 40s but eat well, exercise, and use sunscreen. At 55 I had an upper blepharoplasty covered by insurance and 8 units of Botox to even out a brow asymmetry. My biggest beauty expense is coloring my hair every 8 weeks.

I got mine online through nurx. Super easy

I use Apostrophe. Also easy

40. I’ve been using Tretinoin for a few years now. I also get a couple rounds of IPL every year in the fall. IPL clears up any sun damage (little sun spots/discoloration). My skin looks flawless…well from a clarity and tone standpoint. I refuse to use Botox or filler, so I do have very slight forehead lines and smile lines, but I’m ok with that.

Oh, and daily sunscreen to face, neck, chest.

Adding, IPL also zaps any little broken capillaries

Baby Botox (everything moves but no wrinkles) 4x/year; RF microneedling, IPL a few times. Skin care includes tretinoin (since age 16 for acne) and sunscreen. Very happy so far - no wrinkles or crows feet, skin is still tight.

Vampire facial, Morpheus 8, cool peel laser, Botox every 3 months, filler once then switched to pcp gel injection instead, retinols, Therabody led mask every night, collagen powder daily, stay well hydrated, sunscreen every day.

DP but for me Kybella was a waste of money and extremely painful. I should have just done lipo or a neck lift.

Do you mean PRP gel? How are you finding it? What’s the cost? Do you do cheeks or under eye or something else? Thanks a lot—I’m curious about making the switch.

Oops yes it must’ve autocorrected! Under eyes. It’s supposed to stimulate our own collagen.

Thank you! Is there any difference you’ve noticed so far? I have gotten under eye filler twice and really like the results but it seems PRP gel would last longer (perhaps due to the collagen stimulation you mentioned).

Botox, dysport, daxxify
Juvederm, voluma
Erbium laser
C02 laser

About to get breast augmentation, perhaps lift, and going to see if they can do something to tighten loose skin around my abs. This wasn't anything I sought out. I have breast cancer and have to have a double mastectomy, and I'm trying to give myself a sense of power and dignity in the midst of a time of immense helplessness. So if I have to undergo this, I'm going to get an absolute banging body at the end. Knock on wood.
