Or because that's what almost always happens in midterm elections. Crazy, that. |
Wow, coming for a Congressperson's sexuality. How Republican of you. |
So tell DOD to give back the pay raise they just got and fund this. Oh that's right? We're just going to add more to the bill? And when its Social Security funding they're bringing up in 2022? Oh, its just one more thing! Enough. |
Oh FFS. It won’t kill you to laugh once and while. I fully respect all LGBTQIA, etc people. But she hasn’t every been consistent on anything in her life. |
It’s everything to do with human infrastructure. I remember once upon a time America liked being modern and enjoyed being a world leader. You guys want coal and dial up internet. |
Go ahead and lay out your examples of Democrats raising taxes on the middle class. Evidently according to you there are ample examples. |
No we want better internet networks nationwide and MagLev trains. At the moment we're only getting the former and that's only if progressives stop strangling the ACTUAL Infrastructure bill that's set for a vote tomorrow. Keep your wishlist to yourself. |
| Wahhh!!! Why can't everyone be a progressive like me?? |
| Manchin's latest is interesting. Wish I knew what was actually in the bill. Sounds to me like all they have to do is instead of making the bill revenue neutral make it revenue positive. Then they point out that it lowers the deficit. The lack of a firm public checklist of provisions really messes this up. |

The liberals on this board don't understand that this nation is not far left like many here. You seem to think this is something the nation wants, It isn't.
If it were, Bernie Sanders would be occupying the oval office. |
Polling says it’s very popular. You’re welcome to provide evidence for your claim that it’s not. |
“Conservatives” like you do not understand how disgusted the nation is with your sh#t. No wants what you are pushing. If we did trump would be occupying the Oval Office. |
Nope. As people have discovered what is in it (or what we know so far), it has lost support.... The bipartisan bill is supported by most, but not the 3.5 T boondoggle. https://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/general_politics/september_2021/majority_oppose_3_5_trillion_spending_bill_against_raising_debt_ceiling https://www.axios.com/manchin-budget-reconciliation-spending-poll-ba711bea-c5ca-4600-b5cb-218ec0105643.html |
Dem here - I would have done anything to get Trump out of office but Covid is why I and so many others rose up. Not to vote for rising inflation. |
Inflation, Crime, and Afghanistan will destroy the Democrats in 2022. Sprinkle in some Critical Race Theory to add fuel to the fire. |
