You raise many good points here - totally agree...although you are giving brabrand too much credit - this guy is totally incompetent regardless of the 'babbling ninnies' on the board. |
Totally agree on the 'won't vote for her again' |
I'm sure the two of you PPs would do much better.
|
Problem is, these are the ninnies who hired him. |
And what kind of websites will come up if I search all of this? |
pp said some of the info is on the PAC's own website. go find the page and prove pp wrong. |
DP--and then check the crime stats |
Justice and Public Safety PAC's website, Descano's website. VPAP.ORG, and many others. But dont trust me; do your own searches and prove me wrong. And when you see Im not wrong, I welcome a discussion on how we can prevent these groups from pushing us way far left..... |

Tholen is just utter garbage. She sent out a newsletter to Dranesville families and there was next to nothing about how FCPS was dealing with cases of Covid within schools. The main focus was to reassure Langley parents that the work of the boundary consultant would not lead to an imminent change in the Langley/Herndon boundary.
Well, duh, Elaine. Thanks for letting us know again there’s only one thing you care about. |
| Omeish has quite the history regarding 9/11. Her father sat on the board and they hired the Imam of the mosque that four of the hijackers attended. Imam fled to Yemen the next day |
To clarify, her father sat on the board of the mosque |
Ugh! Omeish sucks but stop posting sh-t like this!!! What her family has done (or anyone’s family has done) is not the same as that person’s actions. |
Omeish's father has a carefully curated and largely laudatory Wiki page, and even that page indicates he sat on the board of the mosque that hired Anwar al-Awlaki, and then subsequently defended al-Awlaki after he had left the country as having moderate views, although al-Alwaki ultimately was targeted for a drone attack by the Obama Administration for his links to al-Qaeda and terrorist activities. At a minimum, her father has shown poor judgment in his character assessments. With that background, one might think taking issue with a School Board resolution acknowledging the tragedy of 9/11 would be the last thing that Abrar Omeish would do, and yet she did. That tells us that she's more interested in using her position as a platform to broadcast her allegiance to her father's political associates than representing the residents of Fairfax County. She never should have been elected to the School Board - shame on those feckless Fairfax Democrats for allowing her to exploit their endorsement without intervening - and she surely should not be elected to public office in the future. |
+1. And, remember, she brought her father up at the SB meeting as helping on 9/11, So, she brought him into the conversation. He is a doctor and today she tweeted that he was a "first responder" at the "Pentagon Hospital." (There is no such place, but the way. She later corrected it to Alexandria Hospital--probably after I mentioned it on the other thread.) She doesn't know that "first responders" are the people who first make contact with the injured. Pretty sure that term does not apply to doctors in hospitals. But, I am still grateful for his help. |
Express your opinion. Go for it. Vote against them in the next election. The ridiculous endless recall drama is asinine. |
