Then I ran errands and ate dinner at 6:30 pm. It was basically gnawing on meat from a roasted chicken. No drumstick or breast, just picking the bones off of it, and I ate what skin was there. Then I had two more keto bars (I have a wheat and dairy allergy, they are vega and no wheat, I am not keto). And I had pumpkin seeds for a snack.
That is what I ate today. I am 5'4' and 115 lbs. I was 107 lbs, but now over 50, it seems I am to stay above 115 lbs. That is fine by me.
But, that might not be thin for some.

This is an utterly wretched diet. Keto bars are not food. Eating chicken scraps like a dog? No one should emulate this person. Seriously disordered.

I will have you know that you thought you were tearing down that pp. Still, in fact, you offended millions of people worldwide with your Orientalist Western attitude of ignorance and perceived superiority. Gnawing on chicken bones and other bones is a custom well cherished in many societies and has been a staple in many cultures. Out of necessity and need, and joy too. Not only do kids fight who will gnaw it, but mothers and parents can also satisfy nutritional needs while making sure their kids are properly fed. Further, gnawing on cartilage is prone to have health benefits. Perhaps instead of buying collagen and paying surgeons to fix you and your bones, you could do with some bone gnawing yourself.
Instead, you choose to be an ignorant American who puts down anything that she doesn't understand. No, you are not civilized just bcs you proclaimed chicken bones as scraps? They are essential food around the world. Nobody but ignorant Western Orientalist would put down 2/3 or more of the world.
So, pp is, in fact, doing something right when gnawing on chicken scraps like a dog. I bet you that pp has a strong immune system and bones and is aging well, whereas you.. well, what can be said of the most savage nation in the world? That you condemn eating chicken scraps but have no scruples invading and murdering mand causing deaths of millions with their actions around the world? How ironic! If only you gnawed some chicken bones, try beef and pork ones too(Oh wait, you do that!) instead of bringing "peace" to the world.
Your words are so offensive that I did not report you to Jeff as I think others need to see the error of your ways.

Gnawing on chicken bones? What in the actual f. This cannot be a real thing.

Basically I eat about 1800 calories a day. It’s not so much what you eat, it’s just calories in calories out. I’m 5’8”, 133lbs, 58yr old female and train 4 days a week with weights. On the days I train I can eat about 2200 calories. Discipline and deprivation.

I eat anything I want. In moderation. Whenever i bother to count up the calories it's about 1600/ day. I am '52" and 117 pounds. I'm 44. Moderate exercise -- mostly walking and yoga. I work on the 8th floor and *always* take the stairs. My legs are solid muscle from that, and my arms are solid muscle from the yoga. I have gained about 5 pounds this year since I am in menopause.

Nobody was nasty when I checked a few hours ago? It was to show the absurdity of these what do you eat if skinny questions.

I wanted to comment on it but I had a meeting and then when I went back later, it was gone.

I was bummed because as an overweight person, what i eat daily is similar to what everyone is posting here, but I'm sure people think it's like breakfast - McDonald's, lunch-cheeseburger & fries, dinner-pasta, garlic bread, cake and all I drink all day is coke.

I'm fat. I've always been fat and probably without surgery, I'll always be fat. None of my siblings are fat and my parents aren't either. I grew up eating the same things as them, though.

Breakfast

Egg whites with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes and onions on an eziekel bread with a small amount of smoked salmon

Lunch is usually skipped or something small

Dinner is baked fish on a bed of salad

You can’t be serious? This is it? All day, everyday? This is under 1000 calories

I was interested to read it as well, I am slightly overweight and wanted to compare notes. It was deleted before I got a chance to read it!

My daughter can watch endless hours of WIEIAD vids if allowed.

I don't get the fascination.

Not sure if I qualify but I feel pretty healthy and fit: 5’9” 130-135 lbs, size 4. I walk 45-60 minutes, 5-6 days a week and consume around 1700-1800 calories a day. Three meals plus one afternoon snack and nothing between 8pm-8am. Lots of water and no alcohol. No dairy (I’m allergic). I mostly eat lean proteins, whole grains, nuts, fruit and veggies. I never skip breakfast or miss a meal or snack. I’d lose my mind.

If you don't follow their diet or have their metabolism you will always be fat, no matter how many times you read the same thread.

I'm 5'6, 118.4 lbs and i eat around 2200 calories a day, but i do lift a 25lb toddler at least 20 times a day and I love being active and carrying her whenever she wants. I also swim every chance I get.

Here is today:

Breakfast: coffee with milk, toast with almond butter (400 kcal)
Snack: peach or nectarine (70 kcal)
Lunch: huge salad from Chopt (600 kcal)
Snack (likely): cheese or cashews (250 kcal)
Dinner (likely): half a takeout pad thai from Nooshi (500 kcal)
Snack (likely): tiny ice cream cone from Trader Joe's and/or peanut butter pretzels, plus veggie sticks (carrots and celery) and/or grapes (300-400kcal)

Today I ate:
Three eggs with one slice of toast.
One bagel sandwich with four round slices of ham and about 2 cups of potatoes chips.
I am having bolognese for dinner, my own sauce, but with veggies instead of pasta. ( had pasta three times earlier this week)
I will probably have some raisins for a late snack.

The fact that you can rattle off all these very specific figures (118.4? Really?) is a sign of an unhealthy relationship with food and your body. Get help.
