Cheeseburger with small serving of fries* Chicken kabob and broccoli *I eat something like a cheeseburger maybe once a month at the most. Typically, I have a salad with vinaigrette for lunch. I rarely drink anything other than water or tea. Perhaps I’ll have 4 glasses of wine a month. |

Everything in moderation, honestly- that includes sweets and junk food.

This. I do drink. And I eat everything. I just love vegetables and am very happy eating a good salad or soup. I also run. |
| Coffee, half a chocolate bar, and jalapeño crackers for breakfast. Ate the rest of my kids’ tuna, eggs, sunflower seeds, PBJ for lunch. Cantaloupe and strawberries for snack. Cheese and crackers for snack. Salad, 2 big pieces of pizza for dinner. Ice cream and whipped cream for dessert. 2 glasses of wine. |

Today, I had a bhu keto bar when I woke up. I ate a very late breakfast around 11 am at the First Watch. Three breakfast tacos, and black coffee.
Then I ran errands and ate dinner at 6:30 pm. It was basically gnawing on meat from a roasted chicken. No drumstick or breast, just picking the bones off of it, and I ate what skin was there. Then I had two more keto bars (I have a wheat and dairy allergy, they are vega and no wheat, I am not keto). And I had pumpkin seeds for a snack. That is what I ate today. I am 5'4' and 115 lbs. I was 107 lbs, but now over 50, it seems I am to stay above 115 lbs. That is fine by me. But, that might not be thin for some. |

Morning: coffee with sugar and half and half, a banana. Some days I wake up really hungry and have a bowl of steel cut oatmeal. Other days I wake up with no appetite (like today) and I don’t force myself to eat breakfast.
Lunch: turkey sandwich on wheat with Swiss, mayo, and pickles. Small salad with lettuce, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette on the side. Snack: peaches, baby carrots, cherries throughout the day. I love fruit and veggies and eat them all day long. Dinner: chicken quesadilla (homemade). Handful of tortilla chips with homemade guac. Piece of chocolate of dessert. Water to drink (I don’t like soda or juice and drink alcohol about once a week). |
Yep, I'm a lifelong runner too and I eat reasonable meals and snack on junk food and sweets as long as it's not overboard. |

| My skinniest friend frequently eats chipotle, chick fil-a. and burgers.... I haven't seen her eat a salad ever in 10+ years of knowing her! |

I run a lot. I also don’t really make time to sit down with meals during the day, so it looks weird due to that. This was today. Also, I don’t drink alcohol.
7am - coffee with a splash of almond milk 11am - leftover piece of bacon, half of kid’s cereal bar 3pm - some triscuits and cheese 5pm - cold black coffee and a chocolate chip cookie 7pm - meal with family. Baked chicken, brown rice, bokchoy with garlic and olive oil |

Water Half of instant oatmeal portion - I forced myself to eat it as I want to get more energy. Huge (to go cup) coffee with honey and milk Half Italian sub from Prett - I can’t ever eat the whole thing Huge cup of black tea Huge cup of black tea and Turkish dried apricots - organic ones are dark 4 Spinach pancakes cooked from frozen Water I don’t like salads… you gotta chew them so long to get full! My life is go-go-go. Green juice works better. |
