Those who are skinny can you share what you eat in a day?

What happened to my S/O what do you eat if overweight thread?
Nobody was nasty when I checked a few hours ago? It was to show the absurdity of these what do you eat if skinny questions.

I don’t think this thread is absurd.

I get the same question quite often.

Breakfast: Greek yogurt with walnuts, or egg with some bacon, or oatmeal with Nutella

Lunch: usually smoothie made of strawberries and whey protein, and water. Or a small sandwich with low calorie bread and meat and cheese or PB&J

Dinner: literally anything. Today it was 2 pieces of cheese pizza with a stuffed crust and a glass of red wine. Yesterday it was steak and eggs with breakfast potatoes and sautéed spinach. Like basically anything.

Low calorie bread?? This is only made for people with eating disorders or who are
overweight and must have bread. Just eat normal bread, please. Your body will thank you

Are we talking the fairly common "thin" of a low BMI and small dress size, or how I think of "skinny" which is more along the lines of getting looks on the street and family concerned about your health

Those two are pretty much the same on Dcum.

Which is weird. Are we talking 5'4 and 110-125 lbs "thin" here or are we talking 95-105? Because it's a big difference.

She’s under 40.

Oh c’mon. We all know what OP means by skinny. Looks thin and fit. Pretty sure OP doesn’t want to know what to eat (or not eat) to look 5’5” 100 lbs and emaciated. No one wants to look like they have an obvious eating disorder.

If this wasn't representative of her typical food consumption, she should have chosen a different day. Like once in a while I eat a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast, pasta for lunch, and then have pizza at dinner, but I wouldn't use that as an example of what I eat regularly.

Today I ate three eggs with bread to sop up the egg yolk for breakfast.
For lunch, I had a bowl of a baked potatoes and cooked black and white beans.
I will have the same for dinner. I will snack on some Jaffa cakes, probably a whole box.
I am 116 lbs.

My sister, in her early 40's, is super-slim, doesn't exercise, has three young kids and a full time job. Here's what she eats in an average day:

Breakfast: sugar cereal/cookies

Snack: candy, treats

Lunch: half sandwich, diet coke, chocolate

Snack: candy, cookie

Dinner: a few bites of whatever family is having

Snacks: pretzels, chips, bread, cheese, fruit, etc.

Her diet is not terribly healthy but her calories per day don't add up to more than 800 or 900.

She has a tiny appetite, and never lets herself get too full.

I could never exist on this, but it seems to work for her.

Dear Gosh! What's with line spacing. That is the only thing I got from your post, that you are an annoying line spacer.

Everyday is different- I think I'm pretty intuitive when it comes to eating and finding a balance between satisfying cravings and getting in a decent variety. This was yesterday.

Breakfast- Black Iced coffee, small bag of roasted almonds, baked pear with honey

Lunch- Made at home salad with spinach, feta, craisins, shrimp, red peppers, walnuts and a gorgonzola vinaigrette

Snack- iced almond milk latte

Dinner- baby frozen quiche (pepper/mushroom and spinach/swiss), a piece of crusty bread with butter and a small bowl of gazpacho

Snack- Raspberries and cool whip
