Everyone saying that maybe it was consensual should know that false rape accusations are no more common than false accusations of any other types of crime. It really says something when so many people jump to "maybe she asked for it" so g*ddamn quickly in cases like these.

Animals pretty much always rape. I've never witnessed an animal seducing another animal or giving consent.

That makes no sense. They are not humans and don't need to give consent! Animals reproduce, not rape. Seriously the only "rape" I see is when humans get involved and try to impregnate a horse or dog. Animals have no concept of rape! What is wrong with you?

Sexual coercion isn't exactly unusual in the animal kingdom, but dolphins take it to the extreme. Dolphin males will form gangs, kidnap a female and then take turns raping her (according to Google).

I find it it interesting that the same people that are certain it's rape, are demanding patience about the perps legal status.

No, you were hoping that it was consensual, and then afterward she lied about it.

And? The bottom line is that most normal people hope that girls aren't raped in school bathrooms. Yes, I would much rather see a scenario with consensual sex followed by a lie than a brutal rape (which sounds like the case here...a brutal rape). That doesn't mean I think every girl is a liar.

Are you for real? It is relevant because he should not even have been at the school. Of course it is relevant. If he had not been in the school, he would not have raped the student. How is that hard to understand?

Because if he/they were not here it wouldn't have happened. Add to the fact the MoCo is intensely invested in sanctuary status, people are rightly concerned that this rapist and accomplice will be set free. On grounds for racism/xenophobia/[name your special status here].

Read the last page. The Sherwood rape wasn't actually a rape. The girl told her parents it was initially, then an investigation determined they knew each other (no stranger was involved despite the fact she said it was a stranger). And charges weren't filed.

I'm not saying the Rockville student wasn't raped. Rather, I'm saying nobody has established that she was. The fact that the Latino boys are being held doesn't mean they are guilty. Here's how our justice system works: privileged white kids are questioned and released to their parents, while minorities are held as flight risks.

If the kids didn't flee the school, then folks should wonder why. Would you go to class and wait to be arrested if you just assaulted someone at school?

It is also possible that some minorities actually do commit crimes and are rightfully held.

Also, just because the boys did not flee the school does not mean they are innocent.
