Ummm... no it's not. Parts of the admin are using a new definition of sex to make this point, but pointedly deny this definition can be used for Title IX. The courts will ultimately decide the definition of sex, and it will have to be consistent for Title I and IX, probably no one will be happy. If gender is fluid and not biological, then woman's sports are in for a major change.

Not as crazy as the transanity group. I'm still sure who's more mentally ill - the transgenders or the supporters who insist they are not mentally ill?

Oh, don't cherry pick the bigots who happen to be well spoken. How about:

"You need to respect normal student right and not brainwash them to accept LGBT value"

"Please offer choices so that a straight student has a choice not to sit through FLE"

And the top comment is by someone who frequently speaks, hatefully, at board meetings.

The whole thing is very sad. Fact: this new policy is not going to solve anything. It is not going to turn a transgender boy into a biological boy--and, I suspect that is the hope of the kids.

"Obama sucks"-- classy. I also weep for the person who signed the petition and said that she signed the petition stating that she wants her kids to be able to opt out of FLE programs the discuss being transgender-- and doesn't know that THEY CAN under the current FCPS policy.
