I agree. They are parasites. |
Oh I hope. alright. Boy, do I hope. But I'm also thinking the recent actions by Trump are outside the pale. I don't want to just use wishful thinking. |
I hope Jared Golden (D-ME) loses his seat next election. Maine is already in a world of hurt. |
Remember when the admin on this board claimed that illegal immigration is not an issue for democrats. What a doufus. |
Why is Connelly in office ?
Who votes for an idiot like him. He is almost 80 part of the democrat generation that abandoned US workers. |
NP. The fundamental disconnect here is that the American people, by and large, don't care what people outside of America think of them. Concern for non-American's opinions is mostly limited to a certain subsection of the Democratic base. |
His town hall last night was great. You don't think so? |
No. He brought us Trump by constantly pushing for more and more immigration. Refused to mandate e-verify. Refused to limit H1B or OPT. Did NOTHING about southern border. Just a worthless democrat. |
Totally. |
At this point it's political suicide to stand up to Trump. The only Democrats who survive in elected office will be the ones who cooperate and help him with his agenda. Sad but true. |
+1 SCOTUS is corrupt AF |
Absolutely wrong and tone deaf. |
So far the Democrats in Congress have acted as a unit. They've fought against everything Trump is trying to do. They've fought against audits and transparency, they've fought against cost-savings in government, they've fought against fraud reduction in government, and they've fought against border control. And they've fought FOR men in girls' sports.
Polls show that voter approval of the Democratic Party is dropping fast. Democrats are in a worse position than they were in back in November. Four years of unpopular obstructionism will put Democratic re-election candidates in a terrible position. They need some actual achievements to point to, not just obstructionism. And the only achievements available will be bipartisan ones. Whichever Democrats defect first and start working with Trump to pass popular parts of his agenda will be best positioned to hold onto their seats. |
+1. Any democrat that votes with Trump is at high risk of losing next time. |
Exactly what are the popular parts of his agenda for Democrats? |
