The poor and vulnerable are going to suffer because of Trump's policies
So this is the new strategy. Paint Dems as the ones who wanted the to struggle instead of focusing on Trump who caused the suffering |
Focus now Who is causing this suffering? Get them out of office |
The bolded portion is the problem. No one who voted for Trump "voted for" losing their job; losing their VA benefits; losing their healthcare; etc. You can argue that they "should have" known that a vote for Trump meant those things, but I think that's a stretch. People vote for a variety of reasons, and it's impossible to know how their candidate will affect them in all aspects of life. It's the same as saying, in the case of an illegal alien killing your daughter, that you "voted for" that outcome if you voted for Biden in 2020. Do you think people who voted for Biden in 202 "got" what they voted for, in terms of immigration? |
Yes Trump is causing it. And Dems are rooting for it. Neither is good. What would it take for you to get that through your skull? Neither party is helping us. Republican policies benefit rich people, but their voters are too dumb to see it. Democrats are similarly too dumb to see that maybe the party that takes billions from the pharmaceutical industry isn't serious about reforming healthcare. Neither of these parties is serious about helping you. You know who is serious? Progressives. Bernie is out there fighting for us. Trying to do SOMETHING. AOC is trying to do SOMETHING. If we want to fight this, we need new people who are serious about US, not donors. |
With them having no power, this doesn't hurt you. |
It lays bare who they are. Makes people less susceptible to the whole morally superior guilt trip. |
And this helps them take care of their families how? |
DP. It doesn’t help them care for their families. But they believe they weren’t getting any help caring for their families under Biden, either. So, if you have two political parties, you might as well pick the one where the leadership doesn’t openly and gleefully despise you. |
So hug Trump, but don't fall for cons who say they don't despise me but who actions reveal otherwise. |
ICE is running out of detention space, and needs the CR to get more funding. I am told Democrats support more deportation, to get Trump's numbers up to Biden levels, so they should be in favor. |
And not just "not getting help" like you said Biden did (don't agree at all, you fell gir the propaganda.)
But one's who are actually behaving in bizarre ways that are not good for anyone. That's why Trump acts like a Russian asset. His actions don't make any sense |
But hey, he says he loves you. |
The one thing dcurbanmom Dems can't do is admit mistakes. It's crazy.
Was it a mistake for Democrats to declare sanctuary cities to protect illegal immigrants? Was it a mistake for Democrats to keep schools closed for years? Was it a mistake for Democrats to let federal employees keep working from home for YEARS after the pandemic ended? Was it a mistake for Democrats to drop tens of thousands of Haitians in small Ohio towns? Was it a mistake for Senate Democrats to vote unanimously to keep imposing men on girls' sport teams? All of these things are opposed by more than 50% of the electorate. But Democrats did them, don't regret them, won't apologize for them, and won't even admit these policies are unpopular! |
Sigh... |
It tells them that maybe those folks also can't be trusted. Why aren't you getting this? |
