How many non-white Catholics do you know?
Um, a lot. Something like 1/3 of Catholics in the U.S. are Latino.
And you know them personally in the DC area?
I'm Latino and Catholic and live in D.C.
1/3 of the Catholics that you personally know in the DC area?
I don't know all the Catholica on the D.C. area. Do you?
You guys are using stats that aren't applicable to kids who go to a 30k/year private all male school. Many of these boys are white country club kids. It doesn't matter that "1/3 of Catholics in the U.S. are Latino.", that's not what's going on in this scenario. Your logic is a fallacy.
So you're saying if Gonzaga's tuition was $4,000 less they'd double the number of Black kids they're serving? SJC is 20% Black and tuition is not materially less than Gonzaga's.
The 9% enrollment is a choice made by the school, not the students.
