What is your weight at 5 foot 2 inches?

I'm 5'2" I look great at 114, I'm about a size 4 at that weight. I'm currently 125, and trying to get back down to 117.

I do have to watch what I eat. I work out - yoga, sometimes running, walking, weights. Nothing excessive.

FYI, I'm 53.

If I drop back to one walk/day, I'll go up to around 115 unless I cut food intake which I am unlikely to do. Most of my adult life I've been closer to 125.

OP here. Thanks so much for these responses! It sounds like there are a range of healthy and attractive weights at this particular height.

One of my barriers is that I sit in an office five days a week and only fit in a 25-30 minute run three days a week, often when it’s dark outside. Peloton never helped me, just made me hungrier.

For the folks hovering around 110-115, do you work from home or are you a SAHM?

It seems like you really need a lot of time to maintain a weight like 110-115.

No ... you just need to limit your food intake.

47 and I'm 153 after going on SSRI's. I'm eating healthier and working out 4 times a week - mainly for the mental health benefits. Hopefully, I'll lose weight, too. It's just HARD to lose at this age. I don't really care anymore. I'm still cute.

47, 5’4 (5’3.5), and 144. Ugh. I want/need to lose 19 lbs. have always been curvy (boobs mostly), but need to lose around my midsection. I generally wear a 6 or 8, 29 inch waist.

How did you find a starting dose of semaglutide?! Everywhere is out of stock.

I’m 5’1” and at 130lbs, an all-time high. I am pretty muscular but still would like to lose 10. Until very recently I was always low 120’s. I’m like you OP where I have a very demanding corporate job and am glued to my desk 10hr per day. I make a big effort to walk as much as I can but it’s hard and the long bouts of non-movement really seem to affect my weight, even though I work out a lot (row/ lift 4-5 days per week). Calorie restriction is the only weight loss strategy that has ever worked but for now I’m focusing on building strength and don’t want to go on a starvation diet at the moment.

She asked about if you were 5’2.

At 5'2, I've always weigh between 115-120lbs. When carrying my baby, I went up to 130lbs. Went back to 120lbs shortly after that.

About 111-113, I walk a bit and pilates 2x/week. I have an athletic build and I think this is my "set point" without any extreme dieting

To get down to 105-108, I had to count calories and exercise a lot, or else I didn't get enough nutrients. It was not worth it to me, it was too disordered. But I prefer to be healthy most of the time and not stress about running off a cookie

This. But it’s easier to be flabby and have a decent number on the scale. And before I get flamed, my scale number is great but I’ve realized that my body fat % is really the most important.

120. At 51, I'm good with this since I've hovered around this weight for 30 years (aside from being pregnant). Now if I can stay here as I get older I'll be thrilled.

I work out 5 days a week and strength train. I recently did a body scan at my gym and was fairly happy with the results (mainly body fat %). This is also the only reason I know what I weigh at the moment. I haven't weighed myself at home for about a decade. It took me a long time to get over my obsession with a number but it's kind of freeing. I go by how my clothes feel. Tight? I eat a bit less. I eat fairly well but I definitely like junk food and ice cream/cookies too. I've gotten to the point where I'm too old to put too much energy into it.

I am around 115 now (45) but I was close to 125 for the last few years. I work out (1 hr, mix of cardio + strength training) 4-5 times a week and that seems to keep me at 115. I'm a vegetarian and don't snack a lot but otherwise don't limit my foods much.

Still, it would be better if I was closer to 110. I am thin and small boned but top heavy and my upper back pain reduces a good bit when I drop the weight.

My weigh has ranged between 108-170 at this height (including pregnancy/postpartum) over the course of my lifetime. I stop feeling okay about my weight around 150-155. I really like the way I look around 135-140. At the lower end, I feel I look very childlike, which I personally find unappealing.
