What is your weight at 5 foot 2 inches?

5'3", 40, weight fluctuates between 130-135. Wish it was more like 125.

I eat decently healthy but don't do food journaling or count calories. Diet is probably too high in carbs because we make dinners that appeal to the kids. Rarely have dessert. Alcohol intake is 2-3 drinks weekly (I think I need to cut this out).

Exercise a moderate amount, 3-4 times a week typically. Run twice and 1 yoga class and 1 strength class.

When I'm training for a longer race (half marathon) and do more mileage, I get closer to 125 lbs. But unfortunately I can't keep that up all the time. The training schedule really taxes my weekends (since that's when the long run has to happen). Between work, kids, any semblance of a social life, and running, I can only pick 3 to do well at any point.

135-140 is great for me.

This is me except I'm 126 and 47 yrs old. I'd love to be in the 120-122 range but this is a big effort for. 126 is pretty easy for me to maintain with a reasonable diet.

I’m 40 and 5’2 and range from 107-113 lbs. Size 0-2. I expect to put on weight in my late 50s because that’s when my mom did and we have similar builds.

I have big boobs, a decent butt (that is nowhere as glorious as my 20-yr-old self’s derrière), and muscle tone.

Before having kids, I was in the 114-120 weight range. I was more muscular then.

145lbs and 41 years old. I was 155 last year and with diet and exercise lost 10-15 lbs. Weight loss plateaued and so now I just started taking compounded ozempic for weight loss. Hoping to get down to 120.
