I didn't see any nude photos. Still waiting to see the nude photos that are claimed in the title.

I guess they wanted to remind people of what type of person this lady is.

I think it was an extreme tactic but we all know political campaigning hits below the belt.

Your last statement illustrates how the GOP has normalized this type of repugnant campaigning. On top of just lying. They suck. They have ruined this country.

+1

Compared to the Democrats?! Please.

If you think Democrats are so bad, shouldn’t you hold yourself to a higher standard?

DP but yes, that's why I am an independent.

Anyone, even a partisan Republican, should be easily able to stand up and condemn this, and want accountability for the party officials who authorized it.

+1. The hypocrisy of the party who claims to that books in a library are harming innocent kids, then mails porn to people's homes... Ridiculous. And the stamp on the front of the envelope that it's only for 18+ is pretty much enticing the under 18 to open it. How is the opener supposed to prove their age before opening the envelope? Attesting age wasn't sufficient enough protection to prevent minors from viewing porn in Virginia that they had to enact law (yes this was bipartisan) to require ID before accessing a porn site ...

But it is totally cool to just mail porn to people's homes?

Why should children have to go to the school library to get it?

This is what disturbs me about this (beyond the terrible treatment of women): it goes so completely against their current talking points.

Guess they really didn’t care at all about kids having access to explicit material.

You're OK with the Republicans sending explicit mail to mailboxes in VA? To houses where minors live?

It's not the strategy I would pick - but that's a different issue than the consent / privacy of the person in the photo. It should be a good reminder to everyone about what you do online.

What do you think about the Republicans using this strategy?

Neutral - doesn't tip the scale either way for me. It's not my area but I would NOT vote for the woman who did the porn site, if it was.

You are neutral on anyone sending “explicit” mail to homes with children?

My kids don't open my mail, and it wouldn't be addressed to them.

And for all of the other homes who don’t all work the same as yours?

Like I said, neutral. Your minor kids shouldn't be opening your mail - or if you don't teach them that, this is the consequence - you might be receiving something you don't want them to see.

But, since the mailer was sent by "The Republican Party of Virginia" which does not formally seem to include Youngkin in its leadership, I am going to change the title of the original post.

Thank you. -OP

OP why did you lie on the title?

Youngkin is the de facto leader of the VA GOP. He owns this.

Oh please. If some whacko left wingers did some crazy stuff you’d NEVER attribute it to Biden. Let’s be real.

This isn’t whackos, it’s the VA Republican Party. It would be the equivalent of DNC sending.

You are by far the dumbest and most naive parent to ever walk the earth. Kids open the mail all the time, even if not addressed to them.

Guarantee your kids have gone through all your drawers. Are you really this dumb?

So that’s a yes, you are ok with kids having easy access to “explicit” material sent to their homes by Republicans?

How do you know it was a Republican woman who sent out explicit mail to thousands of homes in VA - including those with children?
