Cropped nude is not a nude. The title of this thread is still wrong. |
OP why did you lie on the title? |
Youngkin is the de facto leader of the VA GOP. He owns this. |
Is it the candidate who was on the porn site? If so, then I think it is fair game. Otherwise - no. |
Uh...yes, a cropped nude is still a nude. Why are the Republicans sending out "explicit" letters for kids to open? |
Oh please. If some whacko left wingers did some crazy stuff you’d NEVER attribute it to Biden. Let’s be real. |
You're OK with the Republicans sending explicit mail to mailboxes in VA? To houses where minors live? |
It’s not revenge porn in any reasonable sense. The whole premise of revenge porn is the public distribution of private and intimate material. She was providing this content on a commercial basis. She maybe has an intellectual property claim and that’s it. It’s also mystifying to me that through her actions, she is discrediting sex work. Presumably as a Democrat she supports sex workers? |
NP but if the DNC did some crazy stuff it would be attributable to Biden since he is the de facto national head of the Democratic Party. |
It’s more disgusting that a major political party would do this than whatever it is she did.
Like, it’s completely disqualifying. All Republicans should lose their elections since they are guilty by association, IMO. There’s also a direct line between circulating and slut shaming and their anti-woman, anti-abortion agenda. Shame on Republicans. Shame! SHAME!!! |
I don't disagree with you but if the Republican party didn't shame her, who would? Certainly not the Democratic party. Shame on them too. |
Is she ashamed of being a sex worker? Is there shame in being a sex worker? If not, then why should the Republicans be shamed for telling people she’s a sex worker? |
Seems a little inconsistent with Youngkin's messaging around porn:

The Republicans sent this out without her consent. They aren't very big on consent, particularly when it comes to women. |
DP. I don't know. Yes. And I agree with your point that by trying to shame the Republican party, PP is admitting that there is something to be ashamed of. Which there is! Shame is a valuable tool in society and it is predicated on some things being upright and some things being shameful. Maybe we're ready to return to that concept now? |
