| Interesting. So they don't seem to realize that most conservative Americans would not accept Hispanic looking people who speak Spanish and have allegiance to another country? |
it must be so exhausting always rooting for the anti-hero GOP |
Wealthy conservative Latinos are beyond the point of needing acceptance from "other Americans". |
We don’t care. What’s up with white people always thinking other people care about your acceptance? |
| Because the queen of corruption resigned after DeSantis took office. |
OK....what do you think would happen to a Democrat politician or even a high schooler in a Democrat-leaning jurisdiction who would say: "Most trans kids grow out of this phase and grow up comfortable with their birth gender. There should be no medically assisted transition for anyone under 18, and only very cautious transition after that. Social transition for the under 18 is not recommended either. Most kids claiming to be trans turn out not to be." |
Why are you so obsessed with trans people? |
Answer the question if you can. |
If you’re talking about who I think you’re talking about, she wasn’t even in Miami. |
Is there any evidence that’s true? |
+1 I can't believe this has to be explained to the OP and others. Hello?!? |
Yeah sorry. Me and my child get to decide what is best for them. Not the government. |

A lot of the blame is with Florida Democrats. It's really just an incompetent party here. Terrible at candidate cultivation, terrible at outreach with Cubans - or Puerto Ricans, Venezuelans, or other Spanish-speaking groups of voters.
Everyone was sounding this alarm during the 2020 election - that the Biden campaign just wasn't reaching Spanish speaking voters. And then that's exactly what happened. So what was the response in 2022? Still no outreach. I don't think it would be all that massively hard to turn some of this around. But you'd have to put money, effort, time, and people into doing it. |
Answer the question if YOU can. |
Most Cubans, Venezuelans, and upper class South Americans (and Mexicans) don't look Hispanic. Hispanics come in a lot more shapes, sizes and colors than the American political term of Hispanic. Why would any American accept anybody as American if they have allegiance to another country. Wouldn't they be whatever country they have allegiance to instead of American? |
