Fake news stop spreading right wing lies. |
What?! Spare me. This happened right by the US Capitol, and Union Station. Mother and child have been located on K St NE DC near 3rd St |
Go away troll, this was reported multiple places. I am still reeling from the 11 month old bashed in the face with a brick and the mom walking wiht her 5 year old, the mom was pushed from behind and lost her front teeth. Be safe out there folks. |

This happened one block from Charles Allen's house. |

He won't comment or post about it, he ignored the 11 month old in a stroller who was bashed in the face with a brick but he tweets about sports teams and Narcan/ODs at length.

At 6pm. What has he had to say about it? Getting him off the Council and away from the safety committee would help. https://twitter.com/Anc6B10/status/1485736233053609990 |
You allowed your plates to be stolen - you bear some of the responsibility. How is your situation any different than someone owning a gun that gets stolen and used to shoot someone? |
NP. My license plate was stolen because I bothered to have a legal license plate physically attached to my vehicle. Clearly, based on everything I know now from paying attention the last year, that was my first error. |
We allowed our car to get stolen by parking in public. Now we use a garage. Total pain, but refuse to deal with a stolen car in DC again. The city treats it as a "property crime" (which means little effort towards prevention OR investigation) , stick it to insurers, who will eventually pass that back to all of us residents. The problem with treating everything as a property crime is someone still has to pay, and eventually they don't want to anymore. Same thing happening with businesses that make the cost decision to shutter after enough smash and grabs, window smashing or property loss . |

“ 2021 was one of the worst years in recent history for carjackings. According to leaders, of the 132 carjackings in D.C., 85 of those arrested were under the age of 18. Across the border, 152 carjackings, 86 of them by a juvenile.”
Most of the carjacking were committed by “kids” or children. |
This is great trolling. License plate theft, as far as I can tell, is actually substantially down since I moved here 25 years ago. There used to be a noticeably significant number of cars with handmade license plates because theirs were stolen. |
There is no “crime crisis” in DC or any other big city. Didn’t you listen to Jen Psaki when she addressed this earlier in the week? She said it’s just something from an alternate universe on news coverage. |
Is this the metaverse I keep hearing about? |
