Targeting decorated veterans? Did you actually read this article? Years after his service he shot a pregnant woman. He was sentenced to 50 years (!). in prison.

There’s usually more to a story than the headline.

Article is a bit weird because it says he shot a gun and the bullet hit the pregnant woman. I take it this wasn't a complete accident but it wasn't his intent to shoot the woman. It would be normal to deport a person in this context, though. You get convicted of a felony, you serve your sentence in a US jail or prison, then you are deported. Years ago a green card immigrant in my community was convicted of child abuse (burned her kid with an iron), sentenced to 7 years and was to be deported after that.

You are the minority. Sure, people voted base on anti-immigrant fervor, but reality has now set in and poling now shows this is deeply unpopular. Biden had a de facto open border policy. He not only allowed millions to cross into the country illegally (releasing them through his catch and release policy), he created an app for illegal immigrants to make appointments to be waived into the country at the ports of entry and programs to fly illegal immigrants into the country. Biden and Democrats thought the American public were stupid and could be gaslighted about the crisis they created. They tried to hide the crisis from the public by creating back door ways to usher illegal immigrants into the country in order to avoid more embarrassing pictures at the border. But people saw what was happening in their communities and were horrified. Biden’s standing with the public was so bad, he had to drop his reelection bid to avoid a humiliating, crushing defeat.

Look at all of the Democrats crying now that the borders are closed and illegal immigrants are being deported. They are for open borders, and I will never support a single one of the because of it. President Trump is working with the same laws that Biden had and crossings are down over 90%!
