ICE is merely enforcing laws passed by Congress and signed by our elected presidents

When immigration officials are detaining native americans, they are no longer merely enforcing laws passed by Congress and signed by our elected president.

But I am sure MAGA is fine with this, right? Because in reality it isn't about immigration at all.

Earlier this year, we documented nearly 50 incidents of immigration officers shattering car windows to make arrests — a tactic experts say was rarely used before Trump took office.

ICE claims its officers use a “minimum amount of force.”

You can judge for yourself.

Police officers do this as well. If you repeatedly disobey a lawful order to exit your vehicle you will be forcibly removed.

When you are an American citizen, ICE has no jurisdiction over you and you do not need to comply with their orders. ICE forcibly removing an American citizen from their car is an abuse of federal power.

This is situation specific so your advice could put people in legal jeopardy.

No one is giving advice. It is a statement of fact. ICE does not have jurisdiction over US born citizens.

ICE is actively encouraging lawlessness by arresting people who follow the rules (green card holders etc) so they can call others who try to avoid this outcome criminals

Hope this person is charged, tried, and serves time.
Impersonating a law enforcement officer is serious and should not be tolerated.

It won't make a difference. We have LEO running around acting like masked gutter thugs. This provides cover, when you get attacked in broad daylight no one will bat an eye.

They have the authority to detain and arrest U.S. citizens that impede, obstruct, or interfere with their official duties. If that interference is a function of a citizen using their vehicle they could be given a lawful order to exit their vehicle. If the refuse it’s resisting.

What is “lawful” about this?

If you have an issue with ICE detaining people who have green cards or questioning US citizens... blame Biden for allowing millions of unvetted migrants into the country which ultimately caused CBP and ICE to go after illegal aliens. Biden's actions have resulted in this.
Also, blame the sanctuary cities which seem to only be sanctuaries for criminal aliens. If these cities would actually work with the federal government to ensure that criminal aliens were arrested and detained, much of this would not be happening.

It’s literally what was written in the post you were replying to.

She was pulled over for a traffic stop. She was given a lawful order to provide her driver’s license to identify her. She also wouldn’t roll down her window. If she refused a lawful order to exit the vehicle that’s resisting, and they yanked her out. It’s completely lawful.

They left out an important detail......

These criminal aliens are walking the streets of NY because of their sanctuary policies.
How does this make NY more safe? Exactly who is NY a sanctuary for?

I assume that this is all on camera, right? What was the traffic violation?

Well, to be fair, without the masks they probably wouldn’t get invited home for the holidays.
