He was from another country and didn't speak English that well. She acted like a privileged white princess. She is on the job when she "Jennifer Lawrence the actress" and she needs to ACT like a decent person. Would she talk to someone above her that way? I doubt it. You can tell a lot about a person when you see how they act toward people they think are beneath them. It was bitchy. She was more down to earth when she started in the biz. Now she is just too special to be professional and courteous to a stranger from another culture.

There are a lot of negative rumors going around that she was disrespectful to a reporter & rude because English isn't his first language. It's sad because I was right there in the front row & that's just NOT true! <b>The reporter was holding up his phone, taking photos + video of Jennifer while asking his question and she found it distracting. I found it distracting too.</b> She asked him to put his phone down. Then, she had literally JUST won a Golden Globe & he asked about the Oscars just seconds after winning. It wasn't the time or place. She handled it in usual Jennifer Lawrence humor & the reporter himself laughed as well as the rest of the press. Don't believe the rumors, I was there & Jennifer Lawrence was in no way rude. She was a sweetheart when she answered my question & was nice to all the press.

No need to be so dramatic, pp. Few of those soldiers are sacrificing their lives. Many RISK their lives, but only a small percentage have sacrificed their lives. And, no, I don't support them. Such bullshit being told I have to. I'm opposed to war, don't think they're keeping me safe by being in Afghanistan -- the opposite in fact. And I resend the fuck out of jingoistic assholes who think they love this country more than I do.

BTW, the soldiers in Afghanistan don't even pay taxes.
