Is he? Do you have a link to support your claim?

The dna evidence of rape would be the aborted baby. We all know this story is a lie now, but everyone seems ok for this unknown pregnant 10 year old to be raped and impregnated by an adult, the adult never face any charges or legal consequences, apparently.

No, Nancy Drew, the story unfortunately is true. The rapist has been arrested. The Ohio AG, the right-wing media jackals, the forced birth crowd -- YOU WERE ALL WRONG. You wrongly accused a respected physician of lying. And, yes, a little girl was forced to travel to another state so she didn't have to go through a pregnancy and bear her rapist's child.

YOUR CRAZY IDEAS HAVE CAUSED A LITTLE CHILD EVEN MORE PAIN. F YOU.

A Columbus man has been charged with impregnating a 10-year-old Ohio girl, whose travel to Indiana to seek an abortion led to international attention following the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v Wade and activation of Ohio's abortion law.

Gershon Fuentes, 27, whose last known address was an apartment on Columbus' Northwest Side, was arrested Tuesday after police say he confessed to raping the child on at least two occasions. He's since been charged with rape, a felony of the first degree in Ohio.

Columbus police were made aware of the girl's pregnancy through a referral by Franklin County Children Services that was made by her mother on June 22, Det. Jeffrey Huhn testified Wednesday morning at Fuentes' arraignment. On June 30, the girl underwent a medical abortion in Indianapolis, Huhn said.

Oh God. I believed the story when it first came out. Why wouldn’t I? And when the right wingers said it was a lie, I was so hoping in this case to be owned. I was absolutely happy to think that this particular case wasn’t true. And to find out that the AG was just lying through his teeth in defense of an indefensible political position? So so upsetting. Magas - I wanted you to be right and suspended my disbelief to figure you might have known what you were talking about. But it’s all part of the grift. That poor poor child. Victimized once by the rapist, a second time by the State of Ohio, and a third time by the ugly right wing mob.

And her doctor is going to be put through the wringer.

Yep. Sounds like a pretty convincing way to discourage doctors talking about those inconvenient cases that illustrate how sh!tty the forced birther arguments are.

If nobody talks about the inconvenient horrible cases, they don't exist.
If they do talk about them, then obviously they shouldn't and must be effectively punished.

Damn. It's almost like they want to pretend those cases don't actually happen.

It’s more like they don’t care about the child’s suffering. In their view, a young minor is less likely to be drug addicted and therefore more likely to produce a healthy, adoptable infant. Therefore, they view pregnant children as a net positive for society.

Never forget: "a domestic supply of infants."

You know, when I read the phrase from the opinion, I didn’t think the forced birthers wanted ten-year-olds raped. I knew they had no morals but I did not think they were that low. How wrong I was.

How is being a d!ck? He did his due diligence and he's correct. Too bad all journalists don't get ALL the facts before rushing to judgment.

No he didn’t do his due diligence because he didn’t get the facts, and now he’s being smarmy about it.

No, it is true that no one was able to confirm this story - that's just a fact. You can call people names and sling your insults all you want, but the FACT is that until the rapist was arrested and his name made public, there were NO verifiable facts to go on. Deal with it.

You deal with your lack of moral compass, and your-femicide, pro-pedophile paternity rights. You deal with the septic blood of women and girls on your hands. Sick sick sick.

They continue to dive deeper in their hatred of women - and girls.

This pretty much sums up where we are. For those who stuck with your GOP tribe up until now, the abortion issue is your chance to prove you still have some humanity.

Not a single person apologizing. Unreal.

If there are any voters who gave the forced birthers the benefit of the doubt, I hope you don’t make that mistake again.

Exactly.

They are amoral, vile people.

Yup.

Trying to deflect from the real issue in truly disgusting ways.

Just to be clear: jurisdiction for child protective services is either of the following, depending on the applicable regulations:

1. Where the child lives as primary residence
2. Where the abuse occurred

It's never "where the child is treated for any injuries or sequelae." And you don't call a different CPS, because you just get referred back to the entity with jurisdiction.

The fact that people demanded to breach this 10 year old's medical privacy and when that was denied, declared the entire story to be false is incredibly disturbing.

These are the SAME people who think it would be the most horrible, intrusive breach of privacy imaginable for the government were to know they owned an AR-15, yet they demand to be privy to the details of a victim protected by medical privacy laws around a young girl's rape. Such mind numbing hypocrisy.

And now that we know the 10 year old's story is in fact true. But not a single one of them is offering admissions of being wrong, let alone apologies.

That's because the point isn't to have correct facts and base policy on them.

The point is to be cruel and/or exert dominance. It strengthens the in-group and makes you feel better about yourself. Other people aren't relevant.

So another page and still not a single forced birther has apologized. I mean there was one passive aggressive attempt to deflect, but no real apologies.

I say again, “moderates,” see who the forced birthers are.

That's a total untruth you're spinning. Her Ohio doctor was identified. So, you're basically stating that the child's initial doctor was lying and not verifiable and there was no truth because no arrest. Basically you are touting the line that a female making allegations of rape is not believable until there is an arrest. He's a clue, more females are raped than there are arrests. Women, girls don't bother reporting your rape if arrest cannot be made. You will not be believed from people like pp.
