They broke the soap dispenser in the bathroom. And broke the lock or hinges on the door, apparently. |
Agree. If they damaged a door and peed outside, usually money will cover you for that sort of "crap." |
No shit. You're validating the point that Brazil is corrupt. |
| The streets of Rio are basically a river of piss already. |
Holy shit, no! They broke the soap dispenser??? That's almost too horrible to be believed. Is there any proof? Whatsoever? If it's indeed true that a soap dispenser was damaged, then no wonder Brazil is turning this into an international incident! |
Yep. Sounds like a corrupt, crime-ridden shithole. |
You just are not a smart person. |
|
Whatever the real story, the Brazilian police really did handle this badly. I'm sure a lot of people are thinking twice about visiting and concluding it's not worth the risk.
The thing that's got me was the part in the video where they're all getting out of the taxi with their wallets out. No thanks. |
| This whole thing reminds me of that one time Brian Williams landed his chopper under sniper fire that was awesome |
Except this time there's video proof showing the swimmers with their hands up, and handing over money. |
Not PP, but why does anyone think just insulting someone's intelligence (by itself without providing any further substantive comment) is worthwhile or interesting? |
hahahaha that's the part that disturbed you |
Oh? Does the truth hurt? |
Standard response when poster has no actual evidence or response. |
It's the reply that is the insult to intelligence, actually. |
