If these are your best numbers, Swami thinks you will end up at 8th for the year, because Stokes won't be able to guarantee getting both your kids in.

Swami says you do have hope in that you have a match. Get on the JBES listserv and stay enthusiastic about it until your post lottery SSMA add gets you an offer and then get back on here ask again.

I don’t care if she’s MIA, but to start a thread and then go ghost to new parents that already have some angst and probably refreshing every few minutes for any amount of Hope seems cruel. I can breathe fine. I am at a great school and didn’t play lottery. I just think it’s wrong to start a thread months ago and not even respond. Why start the thread?

Swami is happy to answer-- Count Day has evolved over the past few years on what it means, but it is basically an in-school audit of who is there. It is usually Oct 1-Columbus Day weekend.

Swami welcomes questions-- she doesn't have all the answers. But has the swamiing
