Swami says if that's your current number (and not original), you'll be happy at BASIS

confused - we did not get in to BASIS - but guess you are saying not getting in to WL at #19 ...

That is correct. What S was saying is that many families who want WL also apply to BASIS and do get in there.

Currently or that's where you started? I think there has been more movement than expected this year and it's possible one more slot opens (you'd just hope the people ahead of you don't want it, if you are 20)

I think the movement is due to the increasing class size once they hit kindergarten I don't think there's been a ton of movement and I don't know if anyone in that cohort who is leaving the school. If you're at 21 now, I think it's unlikely. Sorry.

51 now? I dunno. I suggest you focus on your other options, whatever they are.

Just dropped to 49 in two days. It'll be interesting to see what happens over the weekend.

In my experience movement happens more during the week than on the weekend.

You might get in but do you want to go? Looks like you are a post-lottery applicant?

Post-lottery applicant. We have a seat at Bunker Hill but there's no aftercare. At this point I'm just hoping for a seat at a school that still has space in their aftercare program.

No open spots at aftercare or NO aftercare at the school?

No open spots. BH only has aftercare for PreK and those are all filled.

Try adding Langley. They have an aftercare vendor so there is guaranteed room for everyone.
