You don't want your friend to acknowledge that "Trump voters" had nothing at all to do with this, and that it was a deliberate attempt to smear them? I think the whole country needs to know that. |
Um, who's lying here? Who's fomenting fake outrage? |
desperate comment ^^^^ |
Sometimes it's best to leave things alone . . . especially when people can't hear the truth. Instead of commenting on the case, I was given an analysis of Liam Neeson's comment. I fail to see the connection. One lies; the other one is too brutally honest. Maybe I do need smarter friends. |
Exactly. Desperate and embarrassed. |
+1 |
. They just showed the first part of the interview, he sounds believable to me. The 2nd part looks like it’s going to be good, he will be addressing some of the questions people are asking . |
Racist pig. |
That's such an easy phrase to throw around. Everyone is a racist now. I'll help you out: - Everyone has blackface in his/her history, right? - If you question a story with holes, you're racist. - If you state that someone is too honest, you're racist. - Everyone who votes Republican or Independent (b/c my 3rd party vote got Trump into office) is a racist. What else am I missing, PP? Please continue the list of "actions" defining me as a racist pig simply because I don't believe Smollett's story. |

My H was LEO for 35 years and major crimes for a good part of it.
Media always treats crime on black people differently from the reporting to the picture they use of the victim. Nobody reports an "alleged" attack. The word "alleged" is used when naming a suspect to protect the reporter from slander. Every single attack/rape/murder is alleged but this is the 1st time the media referred to an attack as alleged. It was truly bizarre but not surprising after watching how the media treats black VICTIMS over the years. |
He is an actor so I don’t put a lot of stock into his interview and how believable I find him or not. |
Please tell us more about how Neeson was "brutally honest". |
DP. I’d say that admitting in public to an act he committed years ago that he is deeply ashamed of qualifies as brutally honest. |
What is there to explain? He shared how he felt about wanting revenge b/c his friend was raped by a black man. Do you want me to DEFEND his reason? Is that what you're looking for? lol! He may have always resented/disliked/hated blacks. (I don't know what goes on his head; I can only speculate.) But this feeling - whether it was "fresh" or not - came out after the rape. So yes, he was BRUTALLY honest about how he felt. So I'm a racist pig for pointing that out. OK - That's fine. You can think what you want about this ANON poster. I really don't care. |
