Yep. When the real scandals happen with racist kkk/blackface photo evidence and rape accusations with verifiable facts and corroberation the Dems and media drop it quick. Shows the dems have been staging everything and the fake media runs with fake outrage. Busted and done. |
I didn’t support him or criticize him. I am STILL waiting for the police to make a statement. Regardless of your intentions, YOU are creating a hostile environment that will prevent real victims from stepping forward. |
Left out the Catholic kids fake smear. It's an epidemic of loony Dems and media. The goofy losers are getting exposed hardcore. |
Save it for the political forum. If you think collusion is “staged” you need a stronger grip on reality and better critical thinking. |
Who did that? Countless posts on here and the political thread. YOU are creating a hostile environment that will prevent real victims from coming forward. |
What’s sad is that you’re not willing to learn from your mistakes. Which means you’ll just continue to hurt real victims. |
I would think Jussie himself has managed to do that by making a mockery of people who are truly victimized. So let the questions start again. He hired the same man who defended Trump's Cohen. an odd choice given his anti-MAGA stance, yes? Why continue to tangle himself up into any MAGA crap? If the $3500 he paid to the brothers was for their work - body building, dancing, whatever - what would motivate these two Nigerian brothers to stage an attack on Jussie? It's not as though they placed themselves in some positive light to gain attention - and perhaps fame and fortune! Why were the brothers released? They were "arrested," questioned, and released. Apparently, they supplied enough information to the PD to free them of any wrongdoing. It's odd, yes. Did they exchange the money for the rope and bleach and then wander back to their apartment? Did he ask them to rough him up a bit - a punch here, a scratch there? If they agreed, then they're stupid. But if they didn't know (doubtful) what the intent was, they shouldn't be charged for conspiracy, right? |
There was enough info from day one to be skeptical of Smollett’s claims. Maybe you’re just gullible or not very smart. Regardless, you shouldn’t blame others just because you can’t pick up on these things as quickly as they can. |
|
Anyone with a halfway functioning BS-detector could tell this smelled immediately.
Some people just want to believe. |
My friend texted me to say I was right all along. She is baffled by Smollett's actions. This whole situation has been damaging on many levels: increasing the racial division, making a mockery of real victims, victim-blaming . . . not to mention the time and money wasted on this case. The Greeks were right; hubris is a killer. Maybe Smollett needs to read more. |
Yep. This about sums it up. |
| Is he crazy? Did you see the letter he sent himself |
I was just thinking about that..he’s in big trouble if he also sent/paid someone to send that letter. federal crime kind of trouble

It didn't pass the smell test from the beginning.
The irony -- he plans this attack to gain sympathy(?) to ensure he is not released from the show. Now he has destroyed everything and no one will hire him. Something seriously wrong with this fellow. And yes, he has f**ked things up for all the true victims. What a loser. |
If I paid to see him perform, I'd want my money back. |
