He was arrested at his parents' home. He probably just told them he was coming home for winter break.

Reports say a white Hyundai Elantra, the type the police were searching for, was towed from the home.. Of course, there are lots of cars like that.

cNN is reporting his DNA was found inside the home where the victims were murdered.

Police in Pennsylvania were tailing him for 4 days before his arrest, while Idaho police were putting together the grounds for arresting him. (My hunch is that police didn't know for sure he still had the car until they started tailing him.)

Lots of comments online. One claims he was a known drug dealer in the area. another claims he followed Maddie's instagram account. Another claims he was Kaylee's stalker. Who knows?

He's 28. finished college in 2020. Got a master's in 2022. In 2020, He would have been about 26. What did he do between high school and college?

He received his bachelor's and master's at DeSales (which is in PA, not super far from Scranton where he was apprehended) in 2020 and 2022, respectively, and had recently started a PhD graduate program at Washington State University in Pullman, WA which is just a few miles west of Moscow, ID where the murders took place.
