Under Arizona law, it is illegal to knowingly film another person without their consent while in a restroom, according to the outlet.

"The ASU Police Department is working with Senator Sinema and conducting a full investigation of the incident that occurred Sunday,” said ASU’s spokesperson Adam Wolfe. "Due to the active status of the investigation, we are unable to provide more information at this time."

The activists suspected of making the recording are from the political group “Living United for Change in Arizona,” which advocates for easier immigration laws, and amnesty for all immigrants illegally in the U.S.

That’s a seriously bad look for Sinema. Yikes, lady.

No, it is a bad look for the activist. It was against the law. And, then she had the audacity to post on social media.
The ASU police are investigating because not only did these activists break the law by filming in a bathroom, but they also fraudulently gained access to the building in which she was teaching.
I hope they are arrested.
I guess you haven't seen how they followed her onto the plane and confronted her there. Or, in the airport in DC. They think they are going to get their way. They won't.
More likely that Sinema will change her registration to Republican.

It always astounds me that there are actually people like the PP who will *defend* tactics like this "activist" used. Following people into bathrooms, screaming in diners' faces... it's all good to the left.

How can we give all undocumented immigrants a pathway to citizenship when they are pouring over the border in the current numbers? Biden's policies have discouraged control of the border and the results also bring us more human trafficking and drug smuggling in other areas. That is a fact.

The American people want immigration reform. But, first they want a secure border. How many times has this been ignored?

I’m confused. When does the GOP actually want to work with the Democrats on any issue facing America? If you’ll come back to the actual topic, Manchin and Sinema are obstructing a bill that’s ridiculously popular with their constituents. The GOP is, once again, blocking it in its entirety, too. So we’re supposed to believe that the GOP will work with the Democrats on the border? Since when? You guys LOVE complaining about the border.

Biden has destroyed any chance of Republicans working with him on immigration. He has shown no interest in border security. We can't trust him.
As far as when will Republicans work with Democrats... do a deep dive back in history and research Reagan's amnesty plan. There's your answer.

And, Manchin and Sinema are not obstructing at all. This social spending is not nearly as popular as you claim.
And, if their constituents don't like it, they will be voted out. But, that will not happen.....

Exactly. It's so laughable that any Democrat would whine about Republicans "not working with them" on immigration. Umm... guess they haven't seen what the Biden border looks like these days. Ridiculous people.

Why can’t this be as simple as just raising taxes on the super wealthy and closing loopholes that allow offshore holding of wealth?

Attempted coup says what?

I’ve always suspected that Manchin prefers the Dems to be the minority party. Less politically costly decisions for him to make, and WV voters skew republican anyway. As long as he brings home more earmarks for WV, he gets re-elected.

EXCEPT(!) This polling company was more accurate with the last two elections than any of the other "mainstream" companies.

Not sure if is a weasel word here. The proposal is to raise taxes. Despite claims of zero cost after increased taxes, debt could well be raised as well.

The proposal is to raise taxes ON THE RICH AND CORPORATIONS which polls very, very well when pollsters don’t lie about it.

Many people are saying that Trafalgar was more accurate but guess what, that’s not true. Here’s their 2020 prediction:
