Anyone can be a standout recruit to Ty Xanders when mommy and daddy willing to dish out the big bucks to be evalalated by that tool.

Bullis should win and be the best team in the DMV.

Isn't the Prep FOGO a MD commit? Doesn't that fill the one chink in their armor? How do they not vie for the IAC ship?

I hear Gonzaga may be getting a highly-acclaimed FOGO transfer from the West Coast.

Ty Xander’s is a complete tool, and his rankings are mediocre at best, bought and sold at worst.

With that said, put down your booster venom and look at what’s out there. Landon is stacked, Prep is loaded, Bullis has holes, SSSA is good but not great.

I think Episcopal will be better than Bullis this year, they can’t win with just two players.

But not as good as the Robinson fogo

Championship game Landon takes Prep.

Book it.

LOL. Prep will be in line for another 4th place finish. They cannot challenge Landon, Bullis or SSSA. More tears on Rockville Pike.

On paper, Bullis is better than Landon. They lost 3 UA AAs, their entire defense, their goalie, their stud FOGO, etc.

The entire team as a whole is good, but nowhere near the level of Bullis, Landon and SSSA, much to the sadness of the Prep faithful.

My 11-year-old son showed an interest in lacrosse (for the first time) last spring, and his school has a no-cut policy. Our son has played soccer for several years. We are completely new to the sport of lacrosse, as our older children (both daughters) are into figure skating.

In just watching a recent box lacrosse game (to which our neighbor invited us), I was pretty put off. The boys were all getting injured and upset.

Forgive my ignorance, but what are the pros and cons of lacrosse? (I admit that I need to get more acquainted with the game, but am kind of surprised that the sport is so popular when it seems like you can get hurt pretty easily, compared to say soccer or swimming, where you're not waving a stick around within inches of other kids' faces.)

Box lacrosse is a money making venture for owners of club teams. Box lacrosse should be for those with excellent field skills only. BUT local club team owners convince parents that box is important to development, the owners of clubs are wrong. Stear clear of club owners that promote box, they are in it for the money,

A hold-back who is very small and very overrated. Got worked by Landon FOGO, lost to Bullis FOGO and got pulled against STA FOGO. Robinson FOGO is best around. Just won a national championship.

What national championship? Are you really just eluding to the faceoff academy? Just an FYI, there is no wing play and wing play is critical in HS lacrosse.

What age do most FOGOs know that will be their specialty?

No one should be denigrating individual players (or teams for that matter) on this forum. Stick to praising individuals and evaluating teams.

On paper, since you went there, what exactly does Bullis have besides a middie and two attack?
