This isn't remotely close to a Larry Nasser scandal. Asking questions about sexual history, partners, activity are a normal part of an STD screening. This girl was just embarrassed. |
| When I was in law school I reported a fellow intern for hitting on a defendant (I wasn't reading anything into it, he literally told her she was hot and asked for her phone number). We were interns for the prosecutor so the ethical issues were legion. |
+1. He was sleeping with his girlfriend (not wife) while trying to hook up with a patient so who is the whore? |
| I hope the female victim sues. She’d get a fat settlement. |
I doubt he was trying to hook up with someone presenting with a nasty STI right in front of him. |
Lawyers and prosecutors have been disbarred and even imprisoned for creeping on clients and plaintiffs. An OGBYN doing it is so much more violating. |
What an idiot intern |
Really obsessed with slut shaming this woman. Remember this guy had a female nurse with him in the room, you don't think the school checked in with her? The obsession for hating on a patient for making a complaint is bizarre. Literally everyone who's worked has dealt with complaints. |
That is exactly right. This guy was a USC gynecologist predator in the making. This woman did the hard thing and spoke up to protect all the other women that he would have preyed on. |
If she was white I'm sure he didn't care. |
He asked her if her boyfriend would mind him touching her! He then followed her on Instagram. AFTER (!!!!!) she refused to let him do her pap smear and she requested a nurse do it. Bonkers. |
Why would she get money for reporting std questions during a second std appt? Does she have a track record of setting up and suing people? |
Because she told him her boyfriend gets very jealous. |
That doesn't make any sense or track. |
