Keep reading, you are missing the second half of the sentence on what the government has to facilitate. |
Read the documents! He was picked up trying to get work at Home Depot. As an illegal alien he can’t apply for jobs. Judge found the police informant’s finding of gang membership credits. It was appealed and Garcia lost. |
Credible |
A release IN El Salvador Not a return. Return is never used for a reason. SCOTUS didn’t demand a specific outcome. And if you keep trading even further, you see the wording about deference to article 2 powers. |
Reading ugh spellcheck |
Those documents were presented in court twice, where he and his lawyer were present, 6 months apart. He lost both times. That’s how courts work. The original judge AND the appeals judge thought it was enough evidence. |
Wrong again. The order was that he couldn’t be taken to El Salvador because he was worried about gang reprisals. It did not grant him asylum in the US and he was still deportable. |
Tocqueville in America: "Rape is a death penalty offense."
Van Hollen in El Salvador: "Let the MS-13 gang members free." |

So Garcia enters the U.S. unlawfully, spends three years beating his wife and endangering their infant child, and Van Holland is demanding his return . ..
- why, exactly??!? |
Democrats on the wrong side of an issue. Again.
Wow @TheTNStar just broke a huge story. You know the illegal immigrant that Democrats are trying to free from an El Salvador prison? In 2022, he was stopped driving without a license and Tennessee Highway Patrol suspected him of trafficking the 7 people inside. THP then learned he was on a terrorist watch list so they called Biden’s FBI but Biden’s FBI told THP to RELEASE HIM. Kilmar Abrego Garcia was then released due to the Biden FBI order and the THP concerns about trafficking were ignored by the government. This is on top of a court + Maryland Police finding that they believe he was in MS-13 and his wife reporting that he beat her when filing for a protective order. This is who Democrats want in our country. This is who they’re fighting for. Evil! This 1,000 times. Why aren’t people understanding this? |
Because he had due process. He had a hearing, and lost. Appealed it, and lost. He had a removal order and was set to be deported. The only mistake was where he was sent. That mistake does not negate the due process he had. I see no danger for the people I love because they’ve never had restraining orders filed against them, accused of being in a gang, or suspected of human trafficking. |
