Does anyone have links to the removal order and the withholding order?

Apparently no one has the removal order. The government said in court they didn't have one.
The judge put in his opinion that obviously there is a removal order, it is implied by the withholding of removal order.
This has been linked in the other thread.

Perhaps his lawyer requested an anticipatory withholding of removal. When he was detained for purposes of removal proceedings, he requested release on bond, was denied in 2019, he appealed, denied again in 2019, I think Dec 2019. So perhaps next he requested withholfing of removal in 2020? Where is link to that order?

The withholding of removal appears to have happened earlier, in October 2019.

It is in the court ruling, as part of DOJ's exhibits.

has obtained a second protective order filed against "Maryland Man" Kilmar Abrego Garcia by his wife in 2020, in which she accuses him of physical abuse, threatening her, & says she has a recording where he says even if he kills her, "nobody can do anything to him".

This was a year before she filed another protective order against him, in which she accused him of being a repeat wife beater, said she has videos of his violence, and claimed she is afraid to be around him.

Current checklist for the "Maryland Man".
- Salvadoran illegal alien
- Alleged MS-13 gang member, reaffirmed in immigration court by a judge.
- Accused of being a repeat wife beater/domestic abuser by his own wife, multiple times
- Suspected of human trafficking in TN while driving convicted human trafficker's vehicle with 8 people and no luggage in it from Texas to Maryland.

He still has the right to due process.

He's had more due process than many citizens get.
He was found to be illegally present and deportable. So, he was deported.

Excellent sleuthing, PP! Be sure to forward this to the Supreme Court so they can consider these things when they rule on this issue next.

It is far beyond a mere “allegation” he is a gang member. He has his gang affiliation tattoos right across his knuckles.

Where are you getting your “evidence”? The Trump administration lol?

Experts don’t agree with that assessment. Gang experts, such as Roberto Lovato (University of Nevada) and David Kennedy (John Jay College), have stated that these tattoos are not typical MS-13 symbols and are commonly found among non-gang members. Lovato noted that current gang members he consulted did not believe the tattoos indicated MS-13 affiliation. A community activist with 25 years of experience working with gang members also told CBS News they had never seen such tattoos linked to MS-13.

Sounds like what Biden did for 4 years, as did Obama and Clinton for 8 years. Were you complaining then, or only now?

A true test of your belief is whether you hold it when your party is in power.

I think this guy should have his day in immigration court, and then deported (or kept in El Salvador of the hold is lifted). His behavior in the US would not seem to be what Americans want in lawful immigrants (or even asylum seekers).

I don’t ever remember previous presidents paying a South American dictator to build a prison and send illegal immigrants there without a hearing.

I don’t remember any other presidents ignoring a court order, lying to courts, withholding relevant information to the courts. Do you?

Stop with comparing. It’s now a crisis. We have a president who thinks he’s above the law.

Prove it in court where he has representation to defend himself or STFU. That’s how due process works.
