. I did not say I am a badass. As an immediate family of people who did not one but multiple deployments to Afghanistan I know that this is a longstanding well known issue which I personally have been hearing about for years, for which there was absolutely no political will to address. Soldiers and field commanders DID report it repeatedly. Most people I know who served in Afghanistan support this green beret and the actions he took. I'm guessing you are General Mabus, stirring some.dissent before reporting to the Pres? Well anyways, thank you for your service.

Again, your theory of yours, that this was somehow passed down to 1.3 million active duty, all the way from the top, verbally, without any paper trail or official, written order whatsoever, is absolutely and completely batshit insane.

What "evidence" would those being prosecuted have to present regarding your notion that "it came from the top" that they were "ordered to ignore it?" Did Obama come stealthily to Afghanistan one night and personally tell them that this was the order? Did someone from the Pentagon or some other top brass come to their unit and directly order them?
