Uh-huh, rotten leadership. This abhorrent Afghan practice was going on when we had troops in Afghanistan with George W. Bush as Commander In Chief. Obviously we didn't deal with it then, obviously the practice continued on, obviously the practice never stopped, obviously it was never dealt with under Bush...

So if you are so sure it's the "rotten leadership's" fault then it was already his predecessor Bush's fault long before Obama even showed up.

Or else soldier A snapped, relieved his own feelings by beating up soldier B, but didn't actually improve wife B's situation any. I mean how would beaiting up someone who beats his wife help the wife? Giving the wife a ride to a woman's shelter might help her, beaiting up her abuser, less so.
