As for how you think the military works....  Apparently you think official policy on how to deal with pedophiles just passed verbally, word of mouth from the Commander In Chief, to the Pentagon, to the Commanding General, down through the brass, all verbal, all the way down to 1.3 million active duty sailors, soldiers and airmen out in the field.  Riiiiiiiight.
