If it’s a total collapse Putin will be gone. There is no way he can survive(literally) this. |
| Too good to be true, but hopefully it’s true. I hope common people of Russia won’t suffer too much. Otherwise can’t wait for the crazy regime to end. |
It's true. Confirmation coming in from all over. This is really extraordinary. |
|
Ukraine could win without even advancing. Once the sanctions were put in place Russia was doomed. Look at how Germany lost ww1 with never having an enemy cross into their territory.
Once you lose or screw up logistics you are doomed. Russia lost this on feb 24th. They truly are an incompetent, useless race. |
| Putin on the verge of an historic, humiliating defeat in Donetsk region. Russian logistics and command/control in shambles. And it’s hard to figure out how Russia will reestablish something approaching a “front line” for a defensive posture. It’s a nightmare politically for him. When does he push Belarus to open another front? |
I would like to believe that, but am not that confident that is the case. |
Belarus itself will be the next front. Need to save face because they're in shambles and panicking. |
|
Where is the “Istanbul talks” poster?
Don’t you wanna come back and regale us with more hot takes? 😂 |
What Putin did to himself is that no one is afraid of him and Russia any more. China believing that Russia was its strategic partner now looks silly. Ukraine is reshaping the global political landscape. Who would have known. |
| My worry is that Putin gets desperate to change the narrative and starts launching some really nasty ICBMs at Ukrainian cities. He’s not above launching a nuke in order to reestablish his preferred narrative and tough guy image. |
| Ukraine is just securing its near abroad. |
