Footage of a US citizen in Chicago being rammed then dragged from her car on her way to work.

Abducted, with no warrant, her family couldn’t find her for hours.

She was later released with NO CHARGE.

A DHS statement said she “violently resisted arrest, injuring two officers”.

From the video, it looks like she deliberately rammed the ICE vehicle. Either that or she was not paying attention and going at a too high speed for what was happening.

The ICE vehicle made a U-turn right into her car. I don't know what you are watching or how you draw that conclusion, but the facts speak for themselves.

There is a longer video. Before the U-turn, her car is not there.

ICE hit her, it is obvious from the longer video, they swerve into her and their hit is from slightly behind her off to the side as she is going straight and they veer into her.

This was not a highway. If this is correct, the driver was not paying attention and driving too fast. I think it is as likely the driver just ran right into them.

They hit her from slightly behind and too the side from their car veering. There is video, I watched it repeatedly (the long one) and it is clear that the hitting was their car turning towards hers.

Agree, they hit her. Even if they had managed to swing in front of her, they would have been at fault. They weren't established in the lane in a way she could have controlled her vehicle.

I think their response, comes from a place of not knowing what happened, but they quickly switch to turn our oopsie into another arrest. Minor point, but many rental cars have the goons destroyed?

OMFG - the anti-ICE people are dumb AF!

If you base your judgement off the opinion of one single misinformed nobody, I've got some really, really bad news for you about literally everything the GOP supports.

Watch the longer video. The innocent woman was driving in a straight line down a street. The ICE driver made a u-turn and cut her off, hitting her car on the side. The ICE vehicle came to a stop in front of the victims car, they ICE agents stormed out of their vehicle and dragged the woman out of her car and hauled her away.

Why are you trying to excuse this obvious government overreach and illegal behavior?

I understand the emotional sympathy when a day-laborer gets detained and sent back to Central America, but the law is clear: one must follow legal pathways to work lawfully in the USA.

How does the hate, targeting ICE, make any sense?

They are often trying to arrest American citizens too. That is objectionable.

That is not true.

They are being arrested and detained until their citizenship can be established.
No reasonable suspicion other than their skin color, their residence in an immigrant neighborhood or their job.
Guilty until proven innocent.

When people don’t like a law they will protest the law. It wasn’t that long ago that it was the law that Black people had to sit segregated at the back of a bus down South. Police arrested because “it was the law”. Protests changed the laws.

So you think the immigration laws are "unjust laws?"

It's not the laws, it's the way they are being enforced.

Any reasonable driver that was remotely paying attention would have avoided hitting the ICE truck. It was terrible driving on the woman’s part. Her front left quarter panel hit the ICE rear right quarter panel. She’s at fault.

So this is what's under the masks. Good or bad, nothing about this guy suggests he's a LEO. Not only does he know he's busted, everything about his behavior says it's not a first. He's from Albuquerque, says he's been assigned for 45 days, says he got of an 18 hour shift, but even then he's missing 2 hours in his timeline.

Federal agents pulling a woman out of Rayito Del Sol, a daycare by Lane Tech high school

"just enforcing laws"

Did the ICE agents have to barge in to the daycare to get her? This is so sad.
