ICE is merely enforcing laws passed by Congress and signed by our elected presidents

Add him to the list of people in the Trump administration who have been caught lying.

[Judge Ellis found that Bovino wasn’t hit in the head with a rock prior to deploying tear gas despite claims from the Department of Homeland Security justifying the use of force. “Defendant Bovino admitted that he lied,” she said.]

The non lawful way of deporting people nowadays is the direct result of the absence of common sense by the previous admin. Had they agreed to turn off the spigot and stop catering to those abusing asylum laws, it wouldn’t have come to that.

Biden and Obama deported more people, more efficiently and legally than Trump. They also asked for reform and money to hire more adminsitrative judges to deal with the very asylum seekers you complain about. And at every turn, the GOP voted against those bills or didn't bring them to a vote. Your ire here is misplaced, which means the GOP goal of keeping people like you angry over the immigration issue has been successful.

If there were so many "illegals" in the country right now, then why is ICE harassing and detaining people who are here legally, or worse, who are natural born citizens? Maybe there are not the number of illegals in reality and the whole thing was a sham.

They brought in way more than they deported.
And today’s sweeps are unlawful. But it doesn’t mean there aren’t any illegal immigrants left. There are and they need to be removed, lawfully but swiftly and without all this “but but but he was a good man”

Nah, just come up with a decent immigration process like Biden proposed. We can keep the good folks and deport the MAGAs. American will be better and stronger for it.

Footage of a US citizen in Chicago being rammed then dragged from her car on her way to work.

Abducted, with no warrant, her family couldn’t find her for hours.

She was later released with NO CHARGE.

A DHS statement said she “violently resisted arrest, injuring two officers”.

From the video, it looks like she deliberately rammed the ICE vehicle. Either that or she was not paying attention and going at a too high speed for what was happening.

The ICE vehicle made a U-turn right into her car. I don't know what you are watching or how you draw that conclusion, but the facts speak for themselves.

There is a longer video. Before the U-turn, her car is not there.

ICE hit her, it is obvious from the longer video, they swerve into her and their hit is from slightly behind her off to the side as she is going straight and they veer into her.

This was not a highway. If this is correct, the driver was not paying attention and driving too fast. I think it is as likely the driver just ran right into them.

Watch the longer video. The innocent woman was driving in a straight line down a street. The ICE driver made a u-turn and cut her off, hitting her car on the side. The ICE vehicle came to a stop in front of the victims car, they ICE agents stormed out of their vehicle and dragged the woman out of her car and hauled her away.

Why are you trying to excuse this obvious government overreach and illegal behavior?

Any reasonable driver that was remotely paying attention would have avoided hitting the ICE truck. It was terrible driving on the woman’s part. Her front left quarter panel hit the ICE rear right quarter panel. She’s at fault.

Now you are just blatantly trolling.

Not at all. The woman wasn’t paying attention.

Have you paid attention to the “good folks” the previous administration let in?

The border is basically closed. Deportations are happening, but not in a way I’d prefer. The population of the U.S. is shrinking for the first time in ages. THAT is proof positive that the current administration is creating outcomes that previous administrations could never equal.

Her car was going completely straight. Their car was swerving and swerved into her space. They hit her. Are you a paid astroturfer? Really serms like it.

If common sense paid I’d be a lot wealthier. You see what you want to see. I see what happened.

This is an excellent point.

Even Mayorkas eventually called for building more border walls:

https://www.ktbs.com/news/mayorkas-finally-admits-immediate-need-to-build-border-wall-amid-surge-in-illegal-immigration/article_b36b5f3c-63b5-11ee-82e4-e7f6a192b1e5.html

- but the Biden administration admonished him for his honesty.

It’s also important to clarify the facts on the defeated “border bill”:

- daily illegal border crossings were averaging 7,000 people , PER DAY. Negotiations on the bill hinged on a “compromise” of just how many illegal crossing per day the administration would be REQUIRED to allow, with the effect of passing a law, keeping the border open.

The current approach tackles a question which the fatally-flawed border bill avoided:

- how many illegal border crossings should we allow per day?

Current answer: as few illegal crossings as possible.

It's not an "excellent point". Whatever your opinions of how Biden handled immigration, 2 wrongs don't make a right.

It's not OK or excusable for ICE to be barging into daycares and forcefully dragging teachers, who weren't doing anything wrong, out in front of kids. It's morally reprehensible and makes ICE, not the immigrants, look like the real criminals.

And this is what the American public is concluding. Just Google 'public opinion ice'

Did the teacher flee an ICE traffic stop?

The driver, who was not the teacher, did. Regardless, a traffic stop is not something you bust into a daycare over. If it is so important to apprehend someone, they could have easily waited until the guy came outside.

^^^ You don't put kids' safety and well-being at risk because someone ran away from a traffic stop. ICE is f**ked up, and so is anyone who thinks this is justifiable.
