Kate spending time with "birth family"

I wonder if she suspects there something toxic with their home in Windsor. It's like they moved out of Kensington Palace into this smallish manor home on the property and she got sick like within a year.

This is such an American response- assuming it’s toxic mold or such making one sick.

NP. Whoever is using the term ghoul is using it accurately. It certainly was the first descriptor that sprang to my mind when reading some of these comments.

I have thrown tantrums over PMS. Can't imagine what emotions would be like with cancer, especially when the scenario is "I can do please an entire country by being pretty me or I can say screw it because I am sick and bald and bloated *and* simultaneously emaciated and I refuse to play this game."

I can see that.

The queen was the one pushing for the long lists of engagements and charity patronages. Historically the BRF did little in public, there’s nothing saying they have to. Obviously William and Kate have a different viewpoint and as future king and queen they’re free to do as they please. If Kate doesn’t want to wave on another balcony, she doesn’t have to. Life will go on, and George will still inherit all the wealth.

Chemo can really be a living hell for some. Let her fight this and heal her own way. Whatever uplifts her is good. She no longer owes the public anything. Her health comes first.

In her video announcing her diagnosis she looked completely fine and supposedly had already started chemo. But now she’s bald and physically decimated behind the scenes? I agree she doesn’t owe the public an appearance but I do think she does owe them silence rather than misinformation i

I didn’t think she looked completely fine in the video. She looked very thin and like she had lost weight.

She has looked like that for years.

Besides, the video was maybe 6 weeks ago - a lot can happen with her treatment side effects in that time.

No im not a bot. It’s ghoulish the way you all are speculating and making up horrid back stories about a woman who had respectfully asked for privacy while she deals with a life or death diagnosis - and has small children. The OP posted an article with ZERO credibility and somehow you all jump on it as if it’s true.

Instead of birth family, why didn’t they just say she was spending time with her parents? And why use language like they are all “surrounding” her as if she is on her death bed? It’s unbelievable how stupid they all are.

It was a weirdly worded statement but we can all agree that whomever they have working in communications for Will and Kate is terrible at their job, so, are we surprised?

If you all think that video was legit/filmed in that time period you're nuts.

"Birth family" may be used because if they said "family" people might ask why she isn't with William.

Filters, makeup and a good wig can make her look much healthier.

I definitely would not want her job. Every appearance is under scrutiny and photographed, the family/firm seems to be a nightmare and you must look perfect and seem perfect any time anyone sees you. You can't go blow off steam with friends for fear they leak what you said to the press.

She wanted the job because her parents groomed her for it and she was young and eager to please. Also, even though plenty divorced, it's certainly not easy to leave the firm and you get thrown under the bus plenty.

I’m guessing you’re also very active in the Taylor Swift threads, eh

Was this an official statement? I think not.
